Great experience. Dreamstyle delivered when they said they would. Workers were on time, courteous and informative. Leo and Jesus explained everything as the window installation progressed. Gerardo's stucco is outstanding, you can't tell the difference between the old and the new, such a great job. Alonso with drywall took the time to explain the importance of taping and prep, he is definitely a keeper! At the end of each day the team tidied up and left our house better than when they came. Would highly recommend this team!!

Leo and Jesus arrived exactly when they said they would. There was a small hiccup to begin with because neither the person who set up the appointment or the person (Mark?) who called to confirm to appointment let us know that we would need EVERYTHING moved away from the window openings and EVERYTHING off of the walls around the openings. Luckily, my children were home and we all worked together to move things out of the way so they could get to work. They covered everything with plastic dropcloths and we're very tidy with their work. Leo is a true pro and cut out the old windows with ease and accuity. Some of the other windows had gouges and scratched off paint on the existing trim that we will need to repair. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up very well. We received one torn screen and a scratched door handle that Leo assured us will be replaced quickly. Leo was knowledgeable about the finish work we have chosen to complete and walked me through that process. I love the look and operation of my new windows. They replaced the torn screen the same day. We had nine windows and a slider replaced.

I had Dreamstyle Remodeling replace my windows and glass door. They were fast and friendly. Leo and Billy were the installers. I definitely recommend using them. The finished work looks fantastic.

I received the part, but not the start-up service. The technician came out three hours prior to scheduled time, but said he could not do the start-up service because Dreamstyle did not supply him with the necessary chemicals. He said he would have to return the next day, and hoped he could get the chemicals. He said he might have to go elsewhere to buy them. I thought that quite odd, but I said that was fine and rearranged my schedule to be home the next day. But I never heard back from the technician and he didn't return multiple messages from me, while I wasted an entire day waiting around for him. Then I received a nasty email from Dreamstyle's Tom Chavez, who is in charge of setting up spa services. In it, he billed me for the start-up service - which hadn't been done -- and demeaned me for requesting that the technician return another day. That was a lie. I never requested that he return, the technician did because he couldn't do the job I hired Dreamstyle to do. Chavez never bothered to call me to see what the facts were, and he got even nastier when I sent an angry email back to him about his accusations and lies. I received a trade-out service last year from Dreamstyle and the work was never completed. But I just let it slide, because I was not charged. However, this time when I had to pay their over-priced rates I did expect them to at least do the work I was paying for. I guess that was asking too much.

We recently had 32 windows replaced. The Dreamstyle crew of Gabriel, Ruben, Fernando and Alonso did such a professional job! They were accommodating, clean and respectful of our work from home situation. They took great pride in their work and left the house/yard clean each day. I would highly recommend Dreamstyle for your window replacement project.

The entire job took about a week. Each set of workers were professional. With Covid-19 out and about, the crew who installed the sliding door and two casement windows wore protective masks and clothing. The stucco crew wore masks. The inside tape and bed professional wore a mask. The inside tape and bed professional did a fabulous job of building bull nose into and around the windows and door - so much so that I didn't have to paint - he matched the colors of our adobe walls perfectly. The stucco professional was a true artist who took pride in his work. When he came back to paint the stucco, he took great care to do a beautiful match. Overall, you pay for what you get. These products were expensive but worth it. Now we have our house back - but with a million-dollar view!! Thanks Dreamstyle!!

From the original quote by Tim, to the measurements by Cruz to the install by Leon and Arkell this was a great experience. They were so careful and professional and answered all my questions. The products are so beautiful and will add so much to the value of our home and improve our energy consumption I will always be happy with this decision. Well Done Dreamstyle.

The installation crew of Michael and Gabriel did an excellent job. They were very professional and worked very hard to finish the job in a timely manner.

We had new doors installed with Dreamstyle Remodeling. The product quality is great and the installers Carlos D. and Saul F. were very professional and polite. This is a great company!

Our design consultant, Carmine, was very professional. We appreciated the fact that the entire consultation was done at our home rather than in a showroom. Carlos and Saul showed up early on the morning of the installation and got right to work. They were very efficient and completed the job (double front doors, double storm doors and a walk-in door on the garage) in one day. We would definitely recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling.

The installation went very smooth. Carlos was my installer. He did the job by himself. He was a very professional installer. He did the entire job in about 5 hours. I plan on having the rest of my windows replaced. When I do, I plan on using Dreamstyle and I would like for Carlos to be my installer.

The crew (Gabriel and Ruben) arrived on time and worked without pause during the entire day. They were amazing for their work ethic and competence. Everything done perfectly, and they even went the extra mile to clean up and put up displaced curtains. I would hire them again. You should at least meet and get a free estimate.

Linda at Blaze King in Santa Fe sold us the Lopi Berkshire natural gas fireplace and she was a delight to work for. Jared and Clint from Dreamstyle Remodeling did a professional job on the install. We received full service from the Blaze King folks and their alignment with Dreamstyle Remodeling....no issues having to deal with multiple vendors that did not work together.

Leo and Billy did an outstanding job replacing all 20 of our windows. They were always courteous, considerate, and professional. They even pointed out black widow spiders they saw outside for our safety. Their work was very thorough and they kept us informed with what was going on -- the windows look and work great! Leo and Billy cared for our house as if they lived here - they covered every thing before working and did a wonderful job cleaning up what little mess got through, leaving it spotless every day. When the work was done, Leo walked us through the operation of the windows, and how to work through any future issues. He also pointed out two flaws (that we may not have discovered) and is having those windows replaced. Afterward, Javier did a great job patching up the dry wall around the windows matching our wall texture flawlessly. Thank you Leo, Billy, and Javier for a wonderful experience.

Excellent service, professional, and helpful every step of the way!

The original work went well, it was completed in about 3 days. Communication with the company left a little to be desired, but we worked around it. A month or two later, while washing the windows, I noticed several relatively large pieces of stucco had come off. There were also a few other areas that were flaking off with the slightest touch. I contacted the company 3 1/2 months ago about repairs, and am STILL waiting for anything to be done about it. They do not honor their warranty commitments. Trying to get the Foreman to return calls or emails, much less complete the repairs has become a nightmare. I do not recommend the stucco division whatsoever. The window/door group seemed much more organized, and came through with what was promised the first time around.

From start to finish this has been a great experience. PJ & Cody were fast, efficient and professional installers. Paul our sales consultant was spot on in his description of what was installed. Great Job, team Dreamstyle!
