Crew arrived on time and finished the work well before I expected. Very nice job. I had used this company before for a sliding door, so didn't call anyone else when I wanted to replace the remaining 2 doors.

Amazing, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Jesse and Leon did an amazing job installing everything. They were friendly, personable, made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up after themselves, on time and did everything they said they would!

We recently had a gas fireplace installed. We purchase it from Dreamstyle Remodeling in Albuquerque, NM. The installation was not an easy task but the team sent out managed the order nicely. Opted to go with a different vendor for the following reasons. They only do appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm, which conflicts with my schedule. They were reluctant to accommodate me until I told them that I was looking to purchase & install $20,000 worth of windows. The day of my appointment, the salesman was a no show. I called to see if he'd been detained or lost and was told that Andersen cancelled my appointment as I did not answer my phone when they called me around 10:30 that morning. I was working. When I suggested we not reschedule, the woman hung up on me.

The sales people did their part in good time, despite it being their busiest time of the year. Jared, Clint & Paul arrived when they were expected, draped the entire living room in protective plastic, solved a few installation challenges, cleaned their work area and finished in good time. They taught me how to operate it before they left. Such professional, courteous people are a real pleasure to deal with.

Jared & Clint started work at 9.00 AM and finished up right about 11.00 AM. They were very professional. I felt that they respected my house. They went about their work in a quiet manner with no mess in the house. The guys were very well informed about the product and explained the workings of the fireplace very clearly. Jared,Clint and Paul came to the house and were very professional and polite. They installed our pellet stove and explained everything to us. We asked them about about an existing wood stove and they gave us some good suggestions for next year. They cleaned up after themselves so there was nothing for us to do except enjoy our new stove.

Excellent! The workers were so professional and nice on the first job that we requested them for the second job. They left the area so clean after they were finished that it was as if they were never there, except for the beautiful new patio door. Quality products, clean work area, that's why we went back for the second time. We will go back when it's time for windows.

Great. PJ & Mike did a great job of installing all (4) doors. They were courteous, efficient and professional. The doors are nice quality & have helped in eliminating noise from outside and drafts.

We had a new sliding door and window installed yesterday. Our installers, Jessie and Lonnie, arrived on time and were very professional. They covered all the furniture and floors near the work area, and they cleaned up thoroughly when the work was complete. They completed the work quickly and they hauled away the old window and door, as well as all the debris (inside and out). They even found some areas of moisture damage (the old door had been installed incorrectly), and took care of that prior to installing the new door. The experience was painless, and the new window and door look great. While we haven't had time to evaluate the performance of the materials, the quality looks to be just as promised and we don't expect any problems. Thanks Jessie and Lonnie!

1/30/2017 My wife and I decided to buy each other a fireplace conversion/ gas insert for Christmas 2016. I went to Dreamstyle on Dec 15th told them what I wanted.Problem came to light when they found out that my fireplace is a Kiva style. They showed me the only choice I had and gave my the installed price. I agreed to the deal on their assurance that we could have it No Later Than Dec 24th. Another problem arose. They called me advised, me of the the problem and still guaranteed NLT 12/24. On the magic day promptly at 0900AM Jared and Clint showed up looking very professional, clean and friendly. Laid down a large mat to keep all the soot etc. off my carpet. They proceeded very quickly in the installation and education of us to insure we knew how to operate the insert. The price was exactly as promised and the install was painless. Everything was extremely professional and satisfying. I strongly recommend this company and their installers .

I had previously purchased Andersen windows for my older home to replace the single pane windows. Really have enjoyed the upgrade. After 3 years I decided to complete the job by replacing the old sliding glass door. Went back to Andersen and they just completed the job. The installation by PJ ad Mike was excellent. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. It's a bit tough for me to come up wth the money but now that I have it done I'm glad that I did.

Overall, this was an excellent experience, beginning with the knowledge of the sales rep and ending with the professionalism of the installers. The windows added so much to our house, not just in monetary value. After five years, we are still immensely happy with the windows and never hesitate to relay our experience with the ABQ crew. Each step of the process is handled by specialists in that field. We got a call from each: one measured the space and ordered the materials; the three installers; the stucco person; the person who painted the trim - to set up a time and date practically back-to-back so that the whole process was seamless. Each person arrived on time and each was professional, respectful and efficient. We purchased one large picture window and two smaller casement windows. They feel strong and substantial and they change the appearance of the rooms dramatically. They are very beautiful. When we finish paying off these three, we plan on purchasing three more until the old, leaky windows are all transformed. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

It went very well. We've noticed that we are much more comfortable when the weather is very cold in the winter or hot in the summer.

SUMMARY REVIEW: We were absolutely delighted with the results. They provide an excellent product which is an attractive alternative to tile. We observed the installation closely which was done expertly in 3 days with a skilled team of two. Extra care was taken to do the job right and all areas were cleaned up daily. Though relatively expensive, we feel that the final product is a solid value and expect it to last for years with the proper care. DETAILED REVIEW: We had read mixed reviews about DreamStyle on Angies List and had some concerns before we actually began talking to them. The following addresses three areas in detail. PRODUCT. DreamStyle is the local representative for Bathwraps - a product which offers an excellent alternative to conventional tiled walls when remodeling a bath or shower area. It is a semi-rigid acrylic sheet material that comes in a variety of colors and embossing. Three pieces, cut on-site to size by the installer, wrap the 3 sides of the "wet" area, and overlap the flanges on a new acrylic shower pan or tub. Any associated plumbing and hardware is updated during installation and capped with Moen fixtures. It was this product that convinced us to go with DreamStyle and to have them do what they do best: a "wet area" remodel using this product. (We took a different path to refurbish the rest of each bathroom (cabinets, counters, plumbing fixtures, floor tile, etc.)) INSTALLATION. One of us has just enough home building experience to know what a good installation should be and so he'd be watching the job carefully. We met the installation manager and discussed our expectations with him. He gave us his cell phone number - which we didn't have to use. The two bathrooms were done sequentially and completed in 3 days with an experienced team of two. Existing tile and drywall was removed back to the studs from floor to ceiling and the existing shower pan and bathtub removed down to the floor. So essentially the whole area was rebuilt with new materials. A full-length angle supports where the sheets come together in the corners. The sheets are fastened to the new wallboard with liberal amounts of adhesive. All seams and edges were skillfully caulked. It was clear this team knew what they were doing and did it very well. Various examples show the care they gave to the job. The original cast-iron shower drain was found to have a broken flange and small leak. A quick fix was possible by caulking and clamping the flange. However, they elected to replace the entire drain tee, which required a special trip for parts and 2-3 hour delay. It was the right thing to do! They also made an extra trip to get new insulation to add to an exterior wall. Canvas drop cloths were used from outside door to the bathrooms and were removed and the areas well cleaned each day. A shower door adjustment a week after the install was handled quickly and courteously. PRICE. Admittedly, DreamStyle is expensive. And we never did quite figure out their pricing schedule. But working closely with their salesperson, being judicious about adding options, and taking advantage of various discounts offered at different times, we ended up with all-inclusive, rounded-off-to-the-nearest-hundred dollar, bottom-line cost that we felt was reasonable for the end product we received. This amount included tax and the costs due to unexpected drain problem. It was just nice not to see these as added costs to a final contract price. BOTTOM LINE. Great product plus excellent installation equals satisfied customer!

Good, prompt, professional and very friendly

Ive read several reviews from people who were put off with the sales process. If Anderson can do anything to improve their offering, it would be to retrain their salesmen. Though they may be doing just that. Please read on: The first salesman we had did his whole schtick, and then tried to hard close us on a $70,000 purchase. It was like buying a car in the 80s. I laughed, and told him he could stop, we weren't going to close today. He did the whole car salesman bit ("the takeaway" and the "If I could, wouldja" ) I had to laugh when he said, "todays deal is ONLY GOOD RIGHT NOW". Hahahah. I told him to get a job at a car dealership. So, we interviewed several companies. We had already made a choice when a follow up call promised a significantly better deal. Shortly thereafter, a young man named Steve Padula arrived. Steve gets it, he was polite, personable and respectful. He quoted us, we told him what we'd pay...after some negotiation, we agreed. Now heres the GOOD PART. About 6 weeks later a truck pulled up with Jesse Martinez and his crew Rene and Leo. They installed 36 windows in two days!! TWO DAYS!!! The new windows look like they were built with the house. The fit and finish into the old window frames is flawless. They left no marks, (maybe one...no big deal) no mess, nothing but perfectly, let me say that again, PERFECTLY installed windows. Jesse and his crew worked in a choreographed synchronization that was amazing to watch. To say we were impressed is a big understatement. The old saying is true...you get what you pay for. This was no easy job. The house is rock and stone and block and stucco, and when it was done...the judges all held up cards with "10!" on them. Anderson, if you are reading this, give Jesse, Leo and Rene a serious bonus. And feel free to have prospective customers call us. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Although getting the installation scheduled took more time than I wanted, it was worth the wait. Jared, Clint and Paul (the team that installed the stove) were courteous, professional, efficient and personable. The perfect combination of service delivery. I will recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling to my friends and family.

Excellent, from Mike, Russell, Geardo and Dereck, their professionalism, everything was great. Geardo and Dereck were our installers and they were the best, all around. Clean, neat and never took a break. Very careful around out house, will hire this company again
