PJ and Mike were great! They were on time and did an excellent job replacing our patio door. PJ was very knowledgeable and explained all the door features well. They did a superior job cleaning up!

The entire experience with Andersen was very good - from the first pitch and bid, the second measurement, and then the installation. Installers Thomas and Carlos arrived on time and worked through the day - almost 9 full hours. Their work was impeccable and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their friendliness, skill, and professionalism.

Great! The 3-day job was efficiently handled by Jesse and Leon. I will ask for them again when I have the sunroom done.

Worth the price...start to finish they do a fantastic job. And the house feels warm and cozy and the clarity is beautiful.

We used Dreamstyle/Renewal by Andersen to replace an 8x8 ft window 12 feet off the ground. With the size and weight of the window and the need for scaffolding, this is not in the realm of most window replacement companies. Since we had used Dreamstyle previously for an out-of-the ordinary job, we turned to them again. After the initial consult with Jerome, another rep came to measure. When the window was fabricated, Leo, Billy and Jose did the job in a day, with a follow-up visit the next week for the outside stucco. Just like our previous job, the new window and surrounding area outside and inside blend in perfectly and look like they were always there. Very pleased.

The door installation by PJ and Mark Martinez was flawless. They were proficient, courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Jesse and Leon were on-time and professional. They explained what they were doing, while installing, and then explained how to operate the window and door. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!

I was a little fearful after all the horror stories with construction contractors but Jerome from Dreamstyle made me feel comfortable and on several occasions I texted him with a question and he responded promptly. The job was done with professionalism. My synthetic stucco looks the best on the block.

The experience with Renewal by Andersen was phenomenal, especially on the day of installation. We just can't say enough about the care and consideration that PJ and Mike showed our home that day-- as if they were working in their own home. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard the whole time they were at our house-- all of our furniture and belongings were covered, and the house was left completely neat and tidy. Both gentlemen are clearly extremely knowledgeable about the product and made sure we understood all of the steps in the installation process. Truly great service!!! And we love our new windows!!!

We consulted with Dreamstyle Remodeling, since the original sunroom was a Four Seasons. Jerome Rethmel explained all the options, from replacing the sunroom with a new one through building a "sunny room." We chose to convert the space to a conventionally framed/roofed space, with matching existing exterior stucco. We were impressed with his involvement and responsiveness, and with our site manager and the many other workers involved. All put in top quality work, left the space daily fastidiously clean, and went a step beyond on a few points (e.g. window sills not in the contract). Questions were promptly answered and, if need be, details corrected. We recognize they are not the lowest cost in town, but quality and peace of mind count for a lot!

The young man that refaced the cabinets was very good. The person who did the tile backsplash did a sloppy job. Grout was everywhere and he did not wipe it off tiles and accents. Some areas were missed altogether. Some of the tiles were put in crooked. In addition, the supervisor was a very nice man, but did not initiate calls EVER. I had to call him to see if my materials were in and they were always late to arrive. It was a bad experience! I would never hire them again.

We love our new patio cover! Very professional job completed by Frank, Ruben, and Chris. We were amazed at the speed with which such quality work was performed. Additionally, the works were very careful and neat, leaving everything so clean! These employees were definitely great representatives for their fine Company.

PJ and Mike installed our patio doors (french doors) and did an excellent job! Not only are we amazed by the quality of the doors, we are equally amazed at the quality of workmanship! And, the cleanliness of how they do the work is awesome. Well done!

My home is 30 years old, in the high desert of New Mexico. The wood around the windows was drying, rotting, and many of the seals were broken, resulting in foggy, internally humid glass. Renewal by Anderson was the company I called for an estimate to replace all (24) windows (eleven 80" tall) and (6) doors. Michael came by on 2 different occasions to discuss with me all of the options and pricing. He measured once, and on the second visit, confirmed his measurements and my choices, spending a lot of time helping me understand what each decision would mean. Next, Ken came out to reconfirm all of Michael's numbers and review all of the choices with me. All very thorough. Micheal even came by during the install to check on the progress. Some weeks later, everything had been manufactured. Installers Jesse and Leon showed up on Tuesday to begin the process. They are very considerate, polite, personable, and highly experienced installers. I had no idea what this process would be, but they were ready to answer any questions. They even did my bedroom first, as per my request, so my cats and I could spend the rest of the time in there. I was amazed that they could replace the windows on each floor (2 stories) in one day apiece. Very focused. They were very happy to accommodate my needs. They cleaned up each day afterward. They were very attentive to customer satisfaction and to finding and replacing any flawed materials. Jesse and Leon are very easy to have in your home. The process is somewhat invasive, of course, as you might imagine. But they made it easier than it could have been. Yay, Leon and Jesse!!!! Request them, if possible. I love the quality of the windows...very solid. They definitely change the quality of the light coming in. I am imagining they will help with the climate control as well, but it's only Fall and too soon to tell. Perhaps I'll post an update. The doors are so much sturdier than the old ones I had. It feels like a new home. The stucco repair is part of the package. That part is not yet finished, as the windows are barley finished. So, Ill update that too. but they did come yesterday to begin the process, right on the heels of the install. Yes, it is all expensive. Maybe there are cheaper companies out there. It's possible. But so far, I am very pleased with the quality of the Anderson windows and all of the customer service along the way. They make my old windows and doors look pretty ineffective. We were always contacted from the time the first sales man came to show us the windows. When they called to make the appointment to install they said it may take two days but they had them installed and stucco around the windows in one day.
