The employees PJ and Mike arrived when they said they were and were friendly, worked hard, were very neat and did a great job installing the windows and door. They definitely clean up after themselves and do not leave anything messy. The employees that did the stucco work did an excellent job as well as the employee who came back and did the color stucco. Very happy with the service. Windows are definitely helping the heat. These windows are cool compare to the other windows in our house which are hot when you touch them. Thanks Renewal by Andersen! Will definitely recommend to others.

The workers were always on time. The installations were done professionally the representatives were courteous and answered all my questions. It was amazing the amount of work was done in 2 1/2 days. The work ares was always kept neat and clean especially at the end of each day. all trash was hauled away. The product was most impressive and very well built. I couldn't be more pleased with Renewal By Andersen.

Dreamstyle did a complete kitchen remodel for us about 3 years ago and we had a very positive experience. The current Dreamstyle organization seems to be struggling with lots of growing pains. We paid a premium price to Dreamstyle (when compared to other contractors) for a Master Bathroom remodel but what we got was less than a premium experience. The 4 week schedule turned into 8 weeks (and things are still not right). Communication was poor. Initial quality was poor - many things had to be re-done. There was a constant changing of workers. Appointments and time commitments were seldom respected. Change orders were a problem too. Dreamstyle has an excellent warranty but the inconvenience of having them come back on numerous occasions to fix things has become a real hassle. We used to be big fans of Dreamstyle- not any more.

From the Design Consultant to all the various crews--window installers, sheetrock, stain, stucco--they were all professional, punctual, completed the work on time, personable. We worked with Dan Reyes, Design Consultant, and the various crews Leo, Billy, Manuel V., Lalo, Nicolas, and Lawrence. We highly recommend everyone mentioned above. Ask for them specifically! Qe love our new windows!

Product (Blaze King Sciroco 25 Wood Burning fireplace insert) was installed and then found to be defective and substandard. After contacting the manufacturer and the local company office, Blaze King refused to remove it and give us a refund but insisted on "servicing" it. We filed a complaint with the NM Attorney General's Consumer Protection office but Blaze King also refused to negotiate with them. After about 4 or 5 service calls, we gave up and will let the next owners of our house deal with them.

A+++ at every turn. Hot tub salesman was Gabe and tub was delivered by Jared, Clint and Lorenzo. Had to hire a crane to lift it over the house into the back yard. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Impeccable service, professionalism and courtesy beyond any expectations. Would highly recommend Dreamstyle and would be very happy to work with them on future projects. Jared and his team, AMAZING!!! GREAT JOB!!!

This was an amazing experience! Renewal By Anderson made getting new windows easy. The Men who installed our windows were AMAZING! Jesse and Leon did a great job installing the windows and worked extra hard to get it done it the time I asked. If I had the choice I would have them come out and install for us again! If you want great work, I would recommend you ask for Jesse and Leon!

I couldn't be happier. Leo and Billy did an awesome job. They were professional and informative. they were helpful with some minor problem solving. Excellent workmanship and thorough clean up. The patio doors and windows look great.

So far I can't get them to call me or come out or tell the truth about whether they came out and what they found. I'm quite frustrated with their lack of service and would prefer to cancel the contract but can't. So far they have not tried to schedule a date for the project.

The two young men that came out to my home were both professional and friendly, they were polite and respectful of my property. They both knew what they were doing and went about there jobs without interruption, they didn't even stop for lunch. They removed and replaced 7 windows and one door all in one day. My technicians were Leon and Domenic, they cleaned up all the debris and vacuumed and even cleaned the windows and door when they were finished. They removed and discarded all the old windows and doors. The price is high but the quality is fantastic.

Just awesome! I can't say enough about Renewal by Andersen. The quality is outstanding. My insulation team of Jessie & Thomas were efficient, moving from room to room and ahead of schedule. They completed the job in just one day. They cleaned all along the way and neatness count when your OCD.

Installers were on time, polite, and cleaned both inside and outside at completion. They Lead installer demonstrated how the windows worked and was very thorough. The job required removal of window guards on a stucco sided house and interior drywall repair due to rain damage from prior window leak. Everything was brought back to original condition. Great job overall.

We worked with Dreamstyle on a design of the kitchen remodel and provided a budget. Dreamstyle came in $15k higher. They do not provide a breakdown in prices (lack of transparency) that would help us determine what modifications we could make in the design. The entire time the Dreamstyle team remained responsive and professional, I have no complaints. We did go with another company to complete the project which ended below budget by $15k and who offered alternatives to ensure our remodel was what we needed versus nice to have.

The work was done quietly and beautifully. The workers, Leo and Billy, were very polite and helpful when I asked questions. They were just great!

Good experience all around. Jesse and Thomas did a great job of installing my new window and it looks great. They were courteous, friendly and fast and cleaned any debris inside and out. Great service!

Mark, Thomas send Antonio were awesome to work with. They were all very professional and prompt. They did a super job installing a very large window and they cleaned up so well you could hardly tell anyone had replaced a window. I highly recommend them and when we need another window replaced I know exactly who to call. Thank you guys!

PJ and Mike did a great job installing the windows. They were easy to work with and cleaned up well at the end. The windows were pricy but they are very nice.

Carlos, Dominic & Israel were courteous and professional. When we placed our order, we were told that the installation might take two days, but the team was able to complete the installation in just one day. They treated our home well, and took precautions to prevent damage and limit the mess. They cleaned up everything, and did a great job.

Overall, the installation by Leo and Billy went well. The repair for the stucco also went well. The only area that could be improved is how the inspection is conducted. The supposed first inspection was not needed as the inspector was only at my home for 10 minutes and stated he couldn't complete the inspection till all the work was completed. The company stated that the installation needed to be seen before the stucco could be completed. I think that process needs to be better as I am glad I didn't waste a whole day for a 10 minute discussion with the inspector.

The installers (Jesse, Leon, David and Oscar) were professional and the workmanship was top notch! I love the end result and my home is already warmer and more energy-efficient. I would highly recommend the product and the installers!

The scheduling and follow up to the day of the installation was excellent. Thomas and Carlos were my installers. They were prompt each of two days. They worked throughout the time they were at my home. They covered items in each room and cleaned after each window. Carlos explained the function of each type of window and explained the warranty serial and phone number posted on each window. Quality is superb, price reflects this. Thomas and Carlos were excellent!!!

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency that they replaced the door. Arrived at 0830 and finished by 1130. Gabriel and Ruben did a amazing job installing the sliding glass door. Could have found a lower price for the door but went with the higher price for the lifetime warranty and quality of materials and workmanship.
