Description of Work: After 15 years of builder type windows, we decided to upgrade. We had over 30 windows installed, so we spent a substantial amount of money. It was worth it. Our windows are so much better at energy savings (no more leaks, windy drafts) and the quality is superb as blown seals are now a thing of the past. Tommy and Bob were wonderful to work with very punctual, professional and focused on doing their job. We told them that they are now honorary "members of the family". That's how comfortable we were with them working on our property. One bit of advice for anybody who has an alarm system and wants to upgrade windows: call your alarm company first to start coordinating the installation between them and Andersen. We ended up ripping out our old hardwired system and went wireless, but it was a real hassle to do so because we hadn't coordinated. | |Overall, a great experience. Cost was high, but we know we're getting our money's worth.

Description of Work: I contacted this company about window and screen replacements. They advised me they did not do that type of work, but referred me to another company (Mobile Screen and Glass) that did an excellent job for me.

Description of Work: Anderson replaced the majority of our windows several years ago. Work was done on time and without any problems. Windows work well and definitely help keep our house warmer. Anderson recommended a glass replacement company to replace the stationary windows (with arched tops) that were too costly to replace through Anderson and only needed to have the glass replaced for the e-value.

Description of Work: Replaced sliding glass door and 4 large windows. We love the quality! No more dust on the window sills and whistling when the wind blows. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably! We loved the ease of working with Renewal By Andersen as much as we love our new windows and door.

Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson Replaced our front entry door. Once we placed the order, they kept us informed of how the door was coming, and when they would be arriving. They came on time, did a great job of installing the door, and a window above it. The only problem was that I was going to finish the inside and outside of the door, which of course I have not done yet. However, even unfinished, it looks great!

Description of Work: Replaced some windows and stucco the exterior. |Matched the adobe color perfectly, and were meticulous about cleaning up after each visit.

Description of Work: This is the second "set" of windows we have contracted for. While they have not been installed yet due to weather we anticipate the same professional install as the first round. The first visit to negotiate the cost was professional and we did not feel pressured. The measurements were done quickly and with courtesy. The quality of the window is exceptional and we are quite happy with them. While Renewal by Anderson is not the cheapest window we looked at they are competitive and worth the price.

They did everything they said they were going to do. | |A difference of day and night from Pella, whose salespeople couldn't even bother talking to me in the showroom, and then failed to keep their sales appointment.
