Description of Work: The estimator did a very thorough job beforehand and the installers worked diligently and professionally to complete the installation of a new home furnace. They left everything as it looked before they arrived, cleaned up all their workspace, instructed me in the proper use and owner maintenance of the unit and finished a half day sooner than estimated. They all did a great job.

Description of Work: It was a cold Sunday in December. My old wall furnace would not go on. I called Daniels because their Angie's listing indicated that they would service emergencies. |The service person arrived within an hour and was pleasant and efficient. He replaced the old thermostat and did some re-wiring in the furnace where old wires had got caught in the access door. Problem fixed: worth the added emergency charge.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning my vents and ducts, but were not able to clean a few because the "vent opening is too small for our equipment to fit into." Seems strange that they don't have the right equipment to fit all vent/duct openings. Otherwise they did an excellent job.
