At the end of March, I purchased a water heater from Daniels Plumbing and Heating. The total cost was three thousand dollars, which included install and warranty on parts and labor for one year. At the four month mark I noticed an order from the hot water, called hydrogen sulfide, it is the result of hot water sitting in the tank too long. On Monday, 8/14, I called Daniels and set up a service call. The plumber arrived, drained the hot water tank and refilled with fresh water which seemed to diminish the odor from the water considerably. The plumber said I would also need the replace the anode rod located inside of the water heater, unfortunately, I’m told neither the anode rod or labor is covered under the warranty? This water heater is four months old? He said he would order a replacement rod and call to schedule a time for install. The cost would be approximately three hundred dollars for parts and labor. I told him I was baffled as to why this was my responsibility since I had a warranty, the rod is located inside the unit and unit was four months old. I spent the next two days calling Daniels trying to find out why this repair on a new unit is my financial responsibility, I also asked if they could give me a list of items on the hot water heater NOT covered under the warranty, I did not receive and any response but a copy of the original invoice which contains one line, “Warranty- 1 year labor and 6 year limited manufacturers parts warranty”. I called the manufacturer and explained my problem, they shipped me a replacement aluminum anode rode at no cost? That call took me five minutes. This is the result of being have been a loyal customer of Daniels Plumbing and Heating for ten years. I have tried five times to get some resolution on the issue, the last response was there were no managers on location and none would be back for another week?

The owner arrived on Wednesday 05/19/2021. Owner is disrespectful and discourteous to both me and my husband ( Walt Miller)/ judging by his look once he stepped out of his truck you can see that he doesn't want to be here/ he was short with us/ he is late/ he was very very nasty to us.

I got home after a 12 plus hour day to discover water was leaking in my son's bedroom, and the water heater closet was soaked. I called and asked for help. Joe called me, and he was Awesome! He came right over, although it was late. He is very professional, cheerful, and personable! He managed to lift my very weary spirit while he was working. He figured out the problem right away, drained the tank, gave me an estimate. I will call in the morning to see how quickly the problem can be fixed. I have dealt with the owner in person in the past, Joe reflects the same customer care as his boss. I would recommend Daniels heating and cooling to anyone. Joe was exceptional. Daniels has helped me with service for many years and installed HVAC for me three years ago. thank you so much for being an exceptional service!

The job was completed promptly and professionally. Randy the plumber was friendly and professional. Daniels Plumbing and Heating really cares that their customers are satisfied. I appreciate that. I recommend the company.

I had Daniel's Plumbing & Heating come out to do an estimate for a whole house re-pipe and was charged $75, which they didn't tell me about beforehand. Not a big deal, I live way out the boonies. However, two weeks later, they still haven't provided me with that estimate and calls to their office promise its coming, but it never does. If this is how they handle an estimate, I definitely don't want to hire them for a big job like this.

The entire job went well both from a technical and a management perspective Ron provided several excellent options on the system design and kept me informed during the process. Jeremy and Danny worked steadily and carefully to make sure the work was done right. They were very professional and their on-site performance was excellent. I have confidence in their abilities and their system installation work.

Of the five different plumbing firms that offered opinions and estimates, Daniel's gave the most coherent diagnosis, including walking me through what they had done and ruling things in and out. We discussed options for what we had to do, what we ought to do, and what really wasn't necessary. It took a few days to schedule the service. That's fine; it's mid-winter and while we were chilly, we were not in any danger. Others weren't so lucky. When Jason arrived to do the work, he tackled it like a champ. He worked steadily, cleaned as he went, and even explained what he was doing when I wanted to learn. He left us with instructions for what to watch for and followed up with us to make sure all was well. I am very pleased. I hope that it's a long time before I need more than minor HVAC service, but if and when I do, I'm calling Daniel's again.

Vince was dog comfortable, a requirement in our home. He quickly assessed the problem and provided an estimate. The work was done and he pressured test all the connections. He is very neat and cleaned up afterwards.

Daniels Plumbing sent Charles out to my house and I was completely satisfied. Charles was professional, helpful and friendly. The new logs improved the appearance of my fireplace by 100%. Charles cleaned up everything and even cleaned the glass doors and hauled away all the old materials. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great team from the sales representatives Brian to the very knowledgeable, efficient , polite, honest installers Jason and Kyle. Jason explained everything regarding the new Honeywell T6 Programmable thermostat and answered all my questions. Daniel's heating and cooling hires the best . The process are great prices but most of all the honest and excellent work they did. They installed a energy efficient heater that cut my gas bill in half. I love the money I am saving for me. Well worth the install.

I called a non-emergency little after 8a to report a non-working furnace. Appointment was set for 10a that same morning, and technician was knocking on my door by 9:45a (15-min. earlier). Mr. Baca went to work immediately, and by 11a, he had the furnace operating. He explained in detail what amounted to be a reconditioning of the unit. I have used Daniel's before with positive results. I had never met Mr. Baca, before, but I was very impressed. I give him an A+ for competency and customer service.

After getting quotes from two other HVAC companies I decided to go with Daniel’s because they had the lowest price and had the most responsive customer service. They exceeded my expectations. Financing was streamlined, Brian Cordero got everything lined up and Charles Baca and his team executed with excellence. 5 stars all around.

Barney was fantastic!! He explained everything that was wrong with supporting pictures and discussed my options. His recommendation was a new unit as this cooler basically had seen better days. He repaired the unit so it was useable until I finished researching a replacement cooler. I was extremely satisfied!! With Barney's level of customer service, concern for what was best for me, knowledge, & professionalism when he left I felt like I was saying goodbye to a trusted long time friend.

Excellent. They're timely, friendly, and try to match you with someone you've used before. They work with your comfort level.

I had an overall good experience. Barney showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He worked quickly on my task list and found that a couple of things I had trouble with only required minor adjustments and I didn't have to replace any hardware. Good work ethic. I recommend him to anyone and will be a repeat customer because of his quality service. My only gripe is being charged a $69 service call fee on top if the $125 hourly labor rate. That's not a ding on the plumber just the business owner. I understand charging people who schedule appointments and flake or if someone doesn't want you do the work and wastes your time but if customers that follow through with work for you, that fee should be waved.

Ramon of Daniels did a wonderful job of diagnosing and repairing my aging HVAC unit. He was polite and professional throughout the process. He showed me photos of what was wrong with my unit (the unit is on the roof) and he clearly explained what needed to be done and why. The price was reasonable for the work performed. I have been a member of Club Daniels for approximately ten years, and I have always been happy with their service and their technicians. This is a highly professional company that does quality work. I highly recommend Daniels for anything HVAC related.

They installed a water heater at my office and did great work, so I called them to service the HVAC system in my house which had a number of problems. Tony was terrific! He was knowledgeable, crazy hard working, and taught me about 20 things I didn't know about my own equipment. They installed smart thermostats that I love! On time both days too, which is always nice.

Barney was on time, courteous and provided explanations as to what was needed and about how long it would take.

Charles Baca was punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, motivated, and thorough. The price charged was reasonable. He explained everything he intended to do, then took pictures and explained everything he did. Daniels should be very thankful to have Charles as one of their technicians. I will definitely call Daniels for my future heating and a/c needs, and I will insist on Charles Baca as my technician.

Called Daniels Monday, made appointment for next morning. Ken Cole arrived on time, was familiar with cause, and made adjustment which should fix issue. While he was here I asked him to check all components and recommend items requiring attention. Determined expansion tank no longer works and, due to age of system, recommended new fill valve and pressure relief valve. Also advised FERNOX treatment to clean up water in system. I will schedule appointment to have all of this done.

Great! Came out and worked quickly and efficiently.

It went well; even though, $392 for a $42 part and installation was a bit steep.

plumber has Ruidoso listed but lives in albuquerquewould not travel to ruidoso

He installed a new one and now we have heat, so I'd say it went well.
