Description of Work: Technician showed up at the designated time ready to begin cleaning our ducts. He presented himself in a professional manner and once completed, he cleaned up after himself. The technician performed preventive maintenance on our furnace and offered to start it up. I told him I could take care of the start up. I would recommend Daniels Heating and A/C to other customers.

Description of Work: We had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm. A little after 10 am, they called and said they could move it up to 10:30 if it worked for me. I told them I was out but I would be home at 10:30. I arrived at the house and waited. At 10:55 Doug called them and said if they weren't there by 11 am, I was going to leave. I had already messed up my schedule by coming home only to wait but figured if Daniels wasn't going to show, I would finish the things I had to do. At 11 am the truck drove up and sat there in front. After five minutes, I went out and the guy was eating his lunch. He immediately came in and proceeded to clean the ducts as expected in the time we were quoted. However, we were cleaning dust balls from the kitchen vent for a couple weeks after. I am not sure if the vent itself was not vacuumed or where they were coming from but it was a bit annoying. I totally understand that in the service industry, appointments are sometimes hard to keep as some do run over the allotted time. But I was specifically asked if I could arrange my schedule to have them come within 20 minutes and then he failed to show or call for another half hour after that. A phone call is all that was needed to let me know he was running late.

Description of Work: Daniels performed vent cleaning for our house. The company was responsive for scheduling the appointments. They were on time for the appointment, very thorough and professional. We would use their service again and will recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the vents in my house. The service provided was good however there was a sales pitch that was hard to turn down. Some of my vents could not be cleaned because they were not floor vents, instead under counter vents. I felt like even though I had the number of vents that should have been included in the job the under counter could not be cleaned because they did not have the equipment to accomplish those. Description of Work: Daniels serviced my cooling system, shutdown my heating element and installed a 220 electrical plug. These people are exceptional! They were professional in every way (on time, considerate of my premises, knew exactly what and how to do their job, had everything they needed on hand to do the job, and did their job with personal consideration). Their attitude was friendly yet unimposing; truly concerned about my problems and executed their service with expertise, speed and quality. Not only did they do an excellent job but in a manner that made you feel like they enjoyed their work and considered their job as their personal reputation. I would, and have, recommended this company to friends and family. I wish them continued success.

Description of Work: I called them for my seasonal swamp cooler start-up. I chose them over other providers because of their responsiveness and availability at the time. They were prompt and courteous so I purchased their service plan for 180.00 which covers the start up as well as shut down in the fall and, I assumed, any adjustments that needed to be made in the meantime. However when the pump went out a month and a half later I found out I would receive no discount or priority whatsoever for its service. Also they couldn't fit me in until more than a week later, so I called another provider who could come that night.

Description of Work: I purchased the Seasonal Furnace Tune-Up. The technician was prompt, polite, and prepared. He cleaned and checked the operation of my furnace and carbon dioxide alarm. He answered all my questions concerning the thermostat and the operation of the unit, instructed me on the correct installation of the filter, and informed me of other services offered by his company. I was totally satisfied.
