Description of Work: Once again, Daniels did an excellent job responding to my request for HVAC service. They replaced my condenser motor in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: He replaced a defective part and recharged the coolant. Part of the expense was signing up for the service contract that was $169. I don't want to be surprised like this again next summer.

Description of Work: I have 3 a/c units on the roof of my house. Two of the 3 would not turn on at the beginning of the season. Daniels scheduled a service call to work with my calendar. Chris arrived on time; I had worked with him before. He did a thorough inspection of all 3 units. In addition to changing all filters, Chris found and replaced fuses on the 2 non-working units, and restored them to working condition. Because this was the third repair call in the last year, all completed by Daniels, and the units are nearly 10 years old, I am now considering whether to invest in new units. Daniels has been very helpful in providing information.

Description of Work: They will be installing 2 furnaces and a refrigerated cooling unit for us starting tomorrow. We have used them several times in the past and they have alway done an outstanding job. They have done a complete system install and 2 combo unit replacements in the past (along with several smaller jobs). They are able to work with us on this job that is a little different. But are more than happy to accommodate us. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Seasonal change over of evaporative coolers. No problems. This provider made sure that we were warm when outside temperatures were very cold.

Description of Work: Daniels workers removed our 2 swamp coolers, installed two Trane air conditioners, two new furnaces, did all necessary duct work, including new electrical systems for the air conditioners, and new gas connections for the furnaces. The work included two thermostats and two Whole House Air Cleaners. The work was done promptly and efficiently, and the clean-up was excellent. Also included was a two year maintenance agreement. A great firm!

Description of Work: I've been using Daniel's for my heating/cooling change over for a few years and have been very happy with their service. However, this past Fall I contracted for their vent cleaning service. For over a week after the work was done every time the furnace was on the vents spewed out dirt and dust onto everything within 5 feet of each vent.

Description of Work: I had numerous problems with a digital thermostat I had gotten from another company. Decided to see if another company could find an answer. Called Daniels. They suggested another thermostat brand. It is working fine. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had to keep calling them back as they did not do well on the coolers, seemed to be taking shortcuts and not doing the complete job. When they came in to close down the coolers they did fine, but recognized some parts that need to be replaced on boiler and quoted $200.00 plus on each part, in checking with local plumbing supplier the parts were $65.00 each instead of over $200.00 each. Had a local handyman replace the parts for a cost of $40.00 for labor and $120.00 for parts -
