Description of Work: Their equipment broke down and it required about 3 weeks to get it repaired. But, the did get it repaired and then accomplished my work.

Description of Work: Checked furnace for better functioning as far as using less gas.

Description of Work: Scheduled whole house duct cleaning. They called the morning they were scheduled to come needing to reschedule. Rescheduled the next week and when the called to confirm the stated the afternoon, when it was scheduled for morning. The did show up that morning. Seemed to do a good job, but after they left EVERYTHING was covered in dust. We did a thorough cleaning ourselves, but continued to fight dust for the next several weeks.

Description of Work: They put in a new furnace and a new air conditioner. They gave me upgrades. They were exceptional!

Description of Work: The worker arrived a little late but other than that, his performance was excellent. He clean out the dryer vent first then went to do the all the vents in the house. He used a tarp to keep the dust from getting on the floor and the furniture, so there wasn't much dust left behind. I've never had a worker talk me thru what he was doing before this. He showed me where the main shaft was and I saw where the other shafts branched off the mail one. He found that one of the vents had rocks from the roof and spent quite a bit of time vacuuming them out. At the end, he did quick redo of the mail vent to pick up any dust that may have drifted into it. I don't know if all their workers are this good but I was certainly impressed with this young man and I would certainly recommend this company.

Description of Work: The owner was very responsive, and polite and helpful and the price of what I was looking at was good, but I decided to go a different way.

Description of Work: I have decided that duct cleaning is not of much benefit. i was hoping they would take a look at the airflow but they simply vacuumed the ducts and left.

Description of Work: The repairman arrived on time and was very thorough in checking out the furnace. When he discovered the problem, he obtained permission to fix it that day, went out and obtained the part, and installed it in a timely manner. He was polite and informed me about all the steps he took to make the repair.

Description of Work: This is a good company with smart and knowledgeable workers. It was hard to get fast callbacks on the weekends. I had to call them back and tell them that I was still waiting. Ultimately the did respond and got a tech out to the house.

Description of Work: Cleaned 15 air ducts in my house; I found the provider fast, efficient, thorough and responsive.

Description of Work: Replaced package unit air conditioner/heat pump on residence. Arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. The work took two separate appointments, one to remove the previous unit and cap the ductwork prior to a reroof, and another to install the new unit. Both appointments went well. |I would recommend the contractor.
