Description of Work: Daniel's installed a hc system last August and did a great job. It has kept me cool all summer and very efficiently heated the house last winter. Chris came today to do a checkup on the system. He was polite, on time, told me how long it would take and was very professional.

Description of Work: They came to do a little follow up. There was a part to our air conditioner unit that had broken when they were installing it. They replaced it. They also installed the thermostats. They put them on the wall for me.

Description of Work: Way too expensive for the work performed, which was to replace a suspected defective thermal actuator (cost: $285, online cost: $60), plunger valve ($400) and pressure/temp gage for radiant heating system. Main problem was that the system did not have sufficient pressure in the accumulator. I suspect that if the pressure problem had been fixed first, there may not have been the need to replace the pressure/temp gage and maybe some of the other parts. Also, the technician took a long time to purge the system without realizing that there is built in quick purge loop. What took two hours to purge could have been done in about 15 minutes. I hate to see what the bill would have been if the tech did more work, which he tried to do. Wanted to replace water heater pressure relief valves for additional costs. A trip to Home Depot and few $'s could take care of that problem.
