It was great! He got the fireplace started right up and it only took a few minutes. He got down and showed me step by step how to get it started and what to do if I had any future problems. Extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Jason to my friends and family. A+ service.

So far so good. Our heat shut down two days ago--on a Sunday, of course. Jason came by and had the heat running again in a few minutes. BUT an expensive part had to be replaced. We paid an additional $70 to have the part over-nighted here--but given that it's going down the the 20's at night, it was worth it. Jason is great--professional, friendly, and competent. You can't ask for more than that.

Mr. Jason Galvin reprogrammed our thermostat and restarted the igniter and burner to bring the furnace into full and satisfactory operation. He was very knowledgeable and proficient as well as most cordial. He carefully explained the problem and offered helpful suggestions for future operations. He arrived on time and prior to his arrival we received a call from his office advising of his arrival time. The entire handling by Daniel's was very efficient and professional. Charles called 30 min before arriving as I had requested. He arrived on time. Listened carefully to my concern. Asked questions. Efficiently went about his work explaining what he was doing. Ran other tests. Gave helpful suggestions (air filters, carbon monoxide alarm placement, etc). Charles was professional, personable and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Ken Cole is a highly experienced and competent worker. I felt he did a superior job of analyzing and explaining the situation, then fixing a problem with the condensate box and making sure both furnaces were running well and safely. I will use Daniels again. Company is a bit more expensive than others I've used, but well worth it.

We only got an estimate as we ultimately decided not to have any work done. But Daniel's responded quickly about a request for an estimate for A/C and water heater replacement. They spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. They immediately emailed us estimates after meeting with us. They were very professional during the estimate process. Had we decided to go with having work done, we would have selected Daniel's Plumbing.

They wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I had to schedule someone to come out for $69 before getting a quote. How do you not get taken advantage of? Not how I do business. I will NEVER pay anyone to come out without a quote.

Excellent. They showed up 30 minutes into the 2 hour window and were done in about 45 minutes. Checked and cleaned everything and changed our air filter for us.

Ramon arrived on time, introduced himself, checked on the age of the furnace. He explained everything that he did, completed the service required, was professional, neat, wiped his feet when he came in the house. Checked for carbon monoxide and heat coming out of the unit. In short he did a wonderful job.

He arrived early in the day during the promised time slot. He replaced the corroded valves in less than 30 minutes. He showed me all of his work and he honored the $25 discount coupon from Angie's List. All in all, it was a very professional job.

The technician sent to my home, Mr. Darren Looper, was completely professional, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He was on time. He quickly identified the most efficient path to a working system, and offered me several options for how to proceed. He had all the equipment he needed in his truck, and was able to procure the part I needed quickly. He charged me what he originally quoted, cleaned up the work area, and even took a look at some other work I need done, at no charge. Nice job. I will be calling Daniels the next time I need plumbing work.
