Followup and annual service calls have been very prompt and excellent.

(They also did it last year.) Everything went fine except I forgot to mention Angie's list and therefore didn't get the 10% discount.

Service Provider was prompt, courteous and professional. I had a very good experience with Daniels Heating and A/C and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Technician arrived on time for heater inspection purchased through Angies List "deal." He found some adjustments that needed to be made, and charged $55 above the amount paid for the inspection. He carefully explained what needed to be done, showing readings on a meter that he had with him that indicated an improper balance of gas and air. Adjustments were completed.

It worked out very well. They were on time. They didn't overcharge or try to sell me anything extra so I appreciated that. Everything was good.

Did a thorough check of the downstairs furnace and thermostat. Very professional and pleasant.

Removed old evaporative cooler, heater, cleaned air ducts, installed new heater and A/C unit.

It went fine. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the big deal and they did not charge me anything more than the price of the deal. I would probably use their service again in the future if I need to.

Tell us the story: It went well. Fast. Smooth. Technicians name is Jeremy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, kind to my dog...and me :o) It was an easy appointment.

It was good. Everybody was friendly and they seemed pretty knowledgeable. I had some guys come out from a different heating company to look at it too and they basically said they couldn't do anything with it. They said it would not be up to code. But these guys were able to do it and it just passed inspections. I liked that they were able to work with me and didn't give up. I couldn't really compare the price with anything else but I guess it was less.

Found other needed repairs whose price was high.

Scheduling was easy and prompt. I was told on the phone that the dispatcher would call before he came. They did not call and he came 45 minutes earlier than expected, which was not a problem at all for us, but might be for some people. He checked the furnace and the air temperature coming out of the vents. He seemed to be professional and do a good job. There was nothing to clean up after he left. He did a good job.

It was fabulous. They were here for four days. They had an excellent salesman that came out and gave us an estimate. Then he brought the owner out, Mr Daniels himself. He was very congenial and they thought it was going to take a full week, but they got it done in four days. It works beautifully. It was very expensive, but the service was fabulous. We took three bids and they were the lowest.

Good, very professional seemed honest. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things. Took pride and care in his work. Gave me some good pointers for the future.

Tanner showed up within the specified time frame, installed a new programmable thermostat, serviced and tuned up the furnace, and provided me with an estimate for replacing a leaking valve on the water heater.

I used their service through an Angie’s List Big Deal. They called me within the time allotted. They were upfront and I did have to wait about 10 days for the appointment because they had a large response. Everything turned out well! There were two technicians who came out. They arrived on time and did a thorough job. They were also polite and professional.

We would give an excellent rating to the company management, their commitment to customer service, and their responsiveness, but we would give a little less good rating to the workers themselves. The workers did a good job of removing the old cap with minimal destruction of the existing stucco. They cut off the sheet metal evenly (not easy!) so that the end was now inside the wall. They installed a new sheet metal cap and screwed it in securely all around the perimeter of the duct. Then they needed to seal the edge of the cap. The workers decided the best way to seal the duct was to use expanding foam. Most of it was sealed pretty well, but there was a small section under the duct where the edge of the cap and the screws were still visible. Unfortunately, they had only one can of foam. After they left, my husband had to go to Home Depot and get some more foam to finish the job. We wanted to make sure it was sealed well because it would be impossible to reach after the wall had been stuccoed. I called Michelle later that day about the work and another small bit of unprofessionalism by the workers. She was extremely responsive, apologized for the issues we had, and offered to send a check to offset our trouble. We did receive the check within the next few days. She was obviously totally committed to customer satisfaction, and I do appreciate that!

Tech showed up on time, was very personable and helpful, and answered my questions during the work. I also found the front office personnel to be personable and helpful.

Our experience with Daniel's was great from scheduling the estimate to having the unit installed. We were on a tight timeline and Daniel's came through wonderfully. The exceeded my expectations with how quickly they mobilized to install the system. The service men were prompt, and very professional. The installation was wonderful and clearly very knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the room exactly how they found it. Lastly, they correctly estimated the amount of time to install the system, which was very helpful given my busy work schedule.
