Was unable to do the job, due to the ducts being a cardboard product and not metal.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal. The technician did a great job. He was thorough and careful. He answered questions and made recommendations for maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. He was personable and respectful. I definitely felt I got my money's worth.

Waking up at 4:30 in the morning and stepping into water was not a pleasant experience. After we finally got things mopped up around 6:00 a.m., it was a pleasant surprise to call Daniel's and have a responsive and helpful person answer the phone. The Daniels service representatives arrived at our home as scheduled, removed the old unit, brought the gas, water, and ventilation systems up to code, installed the new unit, and provided a good overview of the workings of the overall changes to our hot water system. This is the only company I use for my HAC needs. They have just become my plumbing resource as well. I have no problem recommending them to anyone in need of HAC or Plumbing services.

Mike did a good job cleaning our air duct and educating us on the tips when turning on swamp cooler. He was very professional.

Mike showed up on time and got right to work. He was courteous and answered all my questions. Mike did a very thorough job and now my house smells so fresh and clean! I inquired about some other services I was possibly interested in and he gave me great information! I even had him install a digital thermostat after he was done with the duct cleaning... very reasonable and something I'd been wanting to do for quite some time. I will definitely use Daniel's Heating and Air Conditioning again!

I called Daniels to complain and notified our credit card company of the unsatisfactory service call. Daniels' Office Manager (Michelle) proved to be very understanding and professional about it and, after some discussion, agreed to accept cancellation of the Angie's List fee and, additionally, to refund to us the difference between that fee and the extra money we had to pay to have another company fix the problem. This took some time (until Feb 2014) to get it all hammered out, but Daniels not only did the "right thing" about reimbursement, but took an extra step to keep us as customers. Daniels made us members of their customer "family," awarding us a full year's complimentary service contract for both the furnaces and the A/C units. This solution was, in my opinion, more than was required of them, and reflects very favorably on their professionalism and commitment to customer service. In the end, we came away happy. THIS IS AN UPDATE: Daniels' response to our initial, unsatisfactory experience was exemplary, and highly professional. Extending a 1-year complimentary membership to their service "Club" was more than we had expected, and their services on both our A/C and heating units were accomplished efficiently and professionally. We have been impressed by their dedication and competent service, and we plan to continue as paying members of their Club because their service has been so goodl We are happy to be able to move them up to the top rank of service providers we have found--and used--because of Angie's List. Thank you Daniels, and thank you Angie!

Went well. He actually noticed a large crack in the firebox, which ended up needing replacement. He also gave some other useful tips and advice.

It was just fine. They came in and did the job quite efficiently. I did have to have to call their attention to one thing. We did find a hole in one of the ducts. He cleaned it and repaired it with no additional cost, which I thought was very nice. He also informed me that since we have central air, we probably don't have to have our ducts cleaned very often at all and I thought that was another nice feature that he was honest with me about that. We were satisfied. I thought it was a very fair price for what he did.

I would use Daniels Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future.

They were punctual. They performed the tasks we had agreed upon at the exact price we were quoted. When the electrical system wasn't working properly three weeks later, they came out and fixed it and replaced a circuit with no added cost to us.

The gentleman that came to my home was very professional and talked to me about my options for a cooling system. I informed him that I wanted to stay with a swamp cooler vs air conditioner. I was given a quote for the master cool, which is a very good product but also very high priced. I asked him what it would cost to replace the cooler with the same product that I had for 15 years, a champion, and he could not. He had to call his boss to give me that information. I feel like I was pressured to spend more money on a unit that I informed them that I just didn't need or want. The price was the breaking point. Even the cost of a Champion cooler was way too high!

The tech was competent, polite and charming. A marvelous combination.

They're fine. They showed up when they said they're going to put in the air conditioning and didn't get emotionally involved or something like that. We decided to get them because we were new here and we didn't know anyone.

The work was done professionally and on time The work was completed in one day. The disposed of the old swam cooler and cleaned up their work area's. Only issue is that while installing the unit they had to disconnect the door bell but forgot to reconnect it. As soon as I discovered the problem I called and they came out the next day and fixed it.

My experience with them was excellent. They were wonderful and they were very prompt and they explained everything. I was very pleased with them.

It was fine. They provided the service shortly after I purchased the big deal and there were no additional charges on top of the price of the deal. I have not used them before. I went by what you had on your list. They were honest and upright. I did have a problem with my furnace since the service was provided but I called one of them out and the guy who came out fixed it for nothing.

The above price included all those services. They arrived when they said they would and took care of all the required services. They are a wonderful company to deal with.

After review with staff, found this company to be very reputable and willing to correct any mistakes. Their work ethic is very good and the customer service is awesome!

Ted came out that day right on time, did a thorough look at all of my equipment and home, and answered all of my questions including educating me about these systems and making recommendations for my particular setup. The estimate was highly competitive with others I received. I am still deciding what to do next about the work and what company to select, but I would absolutely recommend having Daniels Heating and AC give you an estimate if you are considering this kind of work and based on this encounter would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Though we decided to hold off on this project, this provider was the best estimate with a considerable amount of thought as to how it get done.

I didn't end up using them because another company fit into my schedule better, but they were very professional and proactive in providing an estimate.

Some wire connections needed tweeking a couple weeks after the move, but they took care of that promptly. We also asked for another thermostat that we could read more easily. Ditto, promptly at no charge. Very satisfied!

Daniels' man came out and did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost! above and beyond kind of service, every time.
