This man was so polite, obviously dedicated to his job and wasted no time. He was very thorough and careful to leave no trace of his work, except for clean vents. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

The team was very professional. David was the lead, and he took the time to explain everything prior to them staring. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They I called to say they were running late but that was fine. They arrived when they said they would.

It turned out very well. They came out a week after the big deal was purchased and that was just because of scheduling, their schedules and our schedules. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. They're reasonable and prompt. I would recommend them.

Seemed to go well though we did get quite a bit of debris blown out of our ducts the first time we turned on the heat after the "treatment." We paid an extra $10 to get the exhaust duct for the clothes dryer cleaned out. Now I feel no air flow at the exhaust port outside the house - makes me wonder if the duct was perforated but I haven't gone into the crawl space to check it out yet. All in all I'm not unhappy - just a little uncertain. Doubt anyone else would have done better.

My 30-year old furnace went out and I got three quotes on a new one. Daniels was the quickest to respond, gave the lowest quote and their quote was very detailed on exactly what they would do, which was everything needed to do it right. I like that so there is no guessing what you will end up with. They came out as promised and the installation was very good at every level, from the duct work, to the wiring, to the insulation, and clean up. Very professional in appearance. Definitely get a quote from his company and use them with confidence. I know I sound like an advertisement, but I was that impressed.

Absolutely all aspects of this upgrade were outstanding. The level of customer service and responsiveness was unparalleled. The sales associate provided me with a fair estimate on the first visit and continually revised it as my needs changed. They gave me three options - GOOD BETTER AND BEST and I was never given a hard sell to go with the BEST option (which was out of my price range). Phone calls were returned promptly, workers were high level professionals- courteous, clean and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They came back at my request to fix a few minor details - within 24 hours of the installation.

My initial contact with home office went extremely well. Their customer service rep was very courteous and eager to work with my short notice scheduling request. They were able to schedule me early in the afternoon the same day which was great news as I had a flooring install starting the following week. The home had undergone a full remodel and the venting had set idle for almost a year. The ducting was dirty from years of use, then more dirt accumulation from the removal of all the insulation and sheetrock from the home. After re-insulation, sheetrock, and paint, the system had a horrible odor when it was turned back on. I called Daniels Heating and Air Conditioning after reading several of their Angie's List reviews. I'm glad I did. That afternoon, I received a call from the technician (Tyler) to inform me of his arrival time. He arrived promptly on time and was very polite. After introductions, he looked over the job, explained the details of the process and then went to work immediately. After he removed the dirt and dust buildup from the vents, he treated the entire system venting with a deodorizer/sanitizer to remove any bacteria. The technician presented a very professional pleasant demeanor. It was obvious he was well trained and knowledgeable in the entire process. It's been just over a week since the service and I couldn't be happier with the results... nothing but nice fresh air coming from my venting now! The folks over at Daniels Heating and Air Conditioning are solid professionals - great quality at a fair price. I will be using them for all my heating and ac needs in the future. M.S.

Communication with the technician and the office was great. The technician did a thorough job. The process takes at least 2 hours, but is well worth the time.

Initially spoke with Ted who explained everything and reviewed cost. Crew came out and did the work over a two day period. Everyone with whom I spoke with was very nice and professional. I believe they went above and beyond.

Provider arrived on time, professional, and told me what he was going to do. My only disappointment was finding out that cleaning the dryer duct was not included in the service and when I asked the technician about doing that additionally, he said it took special equipment which he didn't have with him.

It went really well. They did scratch a little bit off my wall by accident but it was not a big deal.

The technician, Tyler, was clean, helpful and courteous. The work met all of our expectations. All of our questions were answered. They arrived on time and the work took about the estimated time.

That worked out just fine. That was a good deal and did a decent job for us. Their work evidently additional services that they charged us for. There's one thing that kind of bothers me, I think some of people who make this offers then come in and looking for something else that they can do that they can charge you for. I would not use them again in the future.

They completed the job in a fair amount of time. They did well. They followed through on their contract. They worked on both my parents home and mine. We did sign a contract with them so we will be using them again.

Slight problem in the beginning as the machine broke down. They fixed it with about an hours delay. Did a great job and worked very hard to make things work.

Our current system was having ever increasing issues and the day before the replacement, was giving up the ghost. This is a rental and it's important to us to keep our tenants happy. They were able to schedule a complete replacement for the next day. Showed up on time, very professional, and did a great job ... as usual.
