Description of Work: Our MAYTAG Plus refrigerator (again) stopped freezing in the freezer compartment and we called them on short notice -- we had used them a couple times before for similar reasons -- and again the girl on the phone ( Isabel ) was very nice and friendly. Sshe promised to call me right back, which she did and told a technitian was on his way. He arrived promptly and went to work immediately. Nice, clean cut young man found the problem and replaced a ' thingie" (my word) and was finished in about 30/35 mins.
