The technician arrived punctually and began work immediately. In less than an hour he had the machine working well. No problems to date following his repair.

Very knowledgeable, was running a bit behind schedule (be sure to confirm correct onsite phone number with operator) and went through the machine quickly but extremely thoroughly! Was able to diagnose and order parts for completion.

Very high level of knowledge - on time and very quick completion of a fairly complex job. Had necessary parts on hand. Also a very good customer relations experience.

I called Dalton Service Center to schedule a warranty repair resulting from a Safety Notice on a Bosch dishwasher. They took my name, phone number and Bosch Authorization # and told me they would call to schedule the repair when they received the replacement control board. A couple days later they called me to inform me that the control board had arrived. We scheduled a repair date for later in the week. The service technician arrived on time, installed the new control board, tested the dishwasher and then gave me lots of valuable advice regarding the best detergent and spot remover to use, the best cycle to use, and tips on periodic maintenance. The technician was personable and professional and left me with a very positive impression of this provider.

Dalton Service has repaired (and resurrected) my appliances for close to 20 years. I am always delighted with their crew. With their starched, freshly ironed shirts, the Dalton guys are always incredibly professional. I especially appreciated the dog biscuits the owner brought with him to make friends with my suspicious poodle, Max. Because the work is done right the first time at incredibly reasonable prices, I don't call them often. When I do, I feel confident with whatever they recommend in the way of repairs. Thanks, guys. Repairman arrived on time; knew how to fix freezer and had parts with him on his truck. Will use them again when necessary.

Our Fisher Paykel dishwasher top drawer was not draining properly. Come to find out that a plumber who recently came in to stop a leaking faucet looked under our sink and said that the air gap was not hooked up properly. Note that the plumber did not want to address any appliance issues. He went ahead made the changes. Then, we come to find out after Dalton is called to that the Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawers are NOT to be hooked up to the air gap because each drawer is it's own dishwasher and has it's own line. This causes the water from the top drawer to not drain out completely. I blame the plumber for not knowing this but apparently it's not a well-known procedure because there are few double dish drawers in service. Still... Problem solved when Dalton removed the pipe that was connected to the air gap. It went in the trash. We also put a big note under the sink to inform plumbers (and ourselves) that the setup is currently correct.

Dalton did a real good job. They were on time, they took care of what needed to be done without adding in extras and gave me some tips on mantaining the machine in the future to keep it running well and most effective. The washer is running well and the cost was resonable.

They were excellent. I had someone else out previously who was terrible. They were horrible. We joined Angie's List and this other company was really good. They did a warranty service call on my gas range. It was covered under warranty and I didn't have to spend anything. They didn't charge me anything. They were very friendly and the appointment person was very friendly and helpful. The service technician who came out was professional and on time. He did his work. After he had done the work, he had me check and make sure that this is how I wanted it. He was very pleasant and competent. They fixed the problem. Having someone like Dalton Service come out that we found on Angie's List and they were so wonderful. You can see the difference between a good company and not so good company. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

I had called another company on the top of Angie's List and was told that no one in our area works on the Fisher and Paykel dishwasher except Dalton Service Center. That in itself had me concerned. I then called Dalton and an appointment was set up for 2 days later. Peter, the tech, arrived on time and within a few minutes he had pulled out the built-in dishwasher and started checking the electrical components. Turns out the wall plug had shaken out just enough that the power supply was off. Something I wished we could have fixed on our own but didn't have the know-how to get that dishwasher out from it's tight space. Peter was very accomodating when I asked him to also take a look at our dryer. Not only did our dishwasher get fixed and our dryer become stablized, we also learned alot about each of the appliances and got tips on cleaning dishes and clothes. The service call was $120.00 (he was there less than an hour and a half) and the Labor was $70.00...I felt it was on the high $$ side but Peter was very accomodating to all of my questions and a very nice young man who treats his job as a professional. I would definitely call Dalton's again.

Within a few minutes he found the problem and gave me an estimate for repairs. I decided not to fix it, as machine was 11a years old. Fernando answered all my questions about other washers and available repair service providers. He was very professional and courteous. The service call was a bit pricey, but I would use them again.

We thought the refrigerator was like 150 degrees and that's why the whole bottom of our refrigerator side filled up with a mega ice block. I really liked them. The guy they sent was awesome. He came and we didn't even have to do anything. He even emptied the fridge out and did everything himself. He was really friendly too.

Dalton Appliance Repair recently installed 2 replacement parts on our Bosch range. We used Dalton because they are a certified Bosch repair center. They were unable to purchase the parts for us, but we were able to order them online and have Dalton install them. We saved money by ordering the parts, so we weren't unhappy that they couldn't get the parts for us. Shane was the tech who came to our house and he was professional and very knowledgeable about Bosch appliances. Likewise, Lisa and Isabelle from the home office were very courteous. We would use Dalton again without any hesitation.

He is an A all the way. He is knowledgeable and tells us what brands to stay away from.

I had used them previously to repair the same dishwasher which had a recall and yet they fixed it. Their service is expensive, but they do the job. Their price is a little high. It's $96 an hour which is more expensive. I would use them again in the future.

Things went very well. They advised us that part of the machine was still under warranty, so the repair cost much less than what we had expected.

I called the center to talk with a service technician. They were prompt to return my call and gave me a preliminary diagnosis and estimate over the phone. The repair was done the next day. It was exactly what the technician suspected was wrong and the price was exactly as quoted. Will definitely use again.

I called for an appointment and got voice mail. I left a message and received a call back within minutes. I explained what I needed and the lady set an appointment for a technician to come the next day. He was to be here between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. He arrived at 3:40 p.m. He helped me remove items from the freezer and got right to work. I went in another room and he called me when the work was completed. He explained what the problem was and told me how to avoid it in the future. He had cleaned the freezer and the kitchen was just like it was when he arrived. I also asked him a couple of questions about the refrigerator and he seemed quite happy to answer them. I was impressed by his professionalism and cleanliness. I also appreciated that he answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid. I will always use this company for appliance repair in the future and will refer them to anyone who asks.
