Description of Work: After a power surge from a storm, the HDTV would not work. Crown came out that afternoon. A check of the TV found that a module was damaged. we agreed that the cost to repair was prohibitive. We are currently in the market for a new TV. While I was pleased with the service, I thought that the service fee was a little steep.

Description of Work: checked tv, could fix, but would cost twice as much as new tv. Very honest. Also will give additional warrenty on new tv if we have them check it at the manufactures warrenty experation. completely satisfied!

+ -1 moreFirst repair was replace a part since actual failure could not be found. TV failed again. Second attempt eventually found a loose connection which was repaired.

+ -1 moreExcellent. The manufacturer contacted Crown and they called me within a day. They ordered parts and called me when they came in. I brought the microwave into their shop and they repaired it on the spot while I waited. They were very courteous and professional.
