I would never use them again. Long story short, after two weeks, dishwasher finally "repaired" by Crown. Three hours later the same problem occurred - not working at all. Called Crown. Left message at 8:30 - no response. Called at 9:10 no answer. Called again. After repeating the problem, the phone answerer said it was not their problem as the ticket had been closed by the technician and I would have to call Lowes and open a new ticket. All about warranty money - nothing about service.

This is a known problem with the older Samsung TVs. I thought it was the capacitors which I could replace at a minimal cost, but upon inspection the capacitors were not blown. So I turned to Angie's List for a service provider. The shop staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did not have the repair done because cost to replace the power board would total$313, just a couple hundred less than a new TV. So decided to have them recycle it. I got 10 really good years out of that Samsung 46" without any problems until now. Only had to pay for diagnostics.

I called Crown and after talking to them took my TV in to have it's problem diagnosed for a fee of $60 that would be subtracted from the repair cost. Crown related that the screen would need to be replaced but the cost of the replacement exceeded the cost I paid for the purchase of the TV as Costco. The Television's warranty had expired.

David was responsive, courteous and prompt. He returned the tv to us about two days later with the problem resolved.

I would definitely use their services again...thumbs up!

They are very good. It was $353 for one TV, and $250-something for the other. They always have the parts in stock. I called them and they were here the next day. They are very professional, they are knowledgeable, they are quick to respond, they show up on time, and they will call first. The price was fair because those bulbs were expensive.

My dryer stopped working over the weekend. It was still under warranty thru Home Depot. I called the Home Depot service line at about 9:00am today (Monday) and they said that they would have Crown TV and Electronics come out Wednesday morning to repair the dryer. About 30 minutes later, Crown called and said that if I was available, they could have someone come out between 10 and 1 today. I was thrilled because that meant I wouldn't have to go to the Laundromat! At 11:30am, Jonathon arrived at my house to fix the dryer. He had the parts he needed and had my dryer running perfectly within an hour. He also cleaned out the dust and lint and gave me a few pointers on things to watch for with the dryer. He was professional and courteous. He did a great job. I would definitely use this company again!! Thanks Crown!!

Have used Crown before Angie's list for TV parts. Recently contacted them by phone and they were extremely helpful with their advice but told me I really needed a new TV. Thanks to them I didn't even spend money trying to repair the old one. Thanks Crown, the advice was worth a lot by cost me nothing.

Initial estimate did not fix the problem. Had to replace entire logic board for another $200 just for the board. Did not really want to spend that much but didn't have much choice.

Job was done after they ran a test, the amount was as quoted, TV worked fine and has been fine since then.

Excellent service. Great knowledgeable employees that were friendly and very helpful. Quick service. Our microwave drawer, which is used many times daily, has been working fine ever since. We will definitely use this business again and recommend them ~ without any reservations~ to all our family and friends.

When I first called, because it was an erratic problem, I was cautioned that if the problem did not appear when they came to our home, they would still charge us a service fee. Consequently, I waited until I was quite sure that the problem would reliably present itself. When I scheduled the appointment, I was asked for the model number of the Samsung TV. We had previously used CROWN TV and ELECTRONICS on 6/6/08 for repair under warranty. Jonathon was punctual and we were pleased with the work.

The representative that came out was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to adjust voltages inside the television to help with the problem we were having. He was very up front in letting us know that there was nothing else he could do besides the adjustments he made while he was there. Crown then further helped us by drafting a letter for our extended warranty. I was very impressed with their service and honesty, and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Well i had a problem with my father in laws's 60 inch tv. its a little old one of those projection televisions from a few years back, picture quality still great for its age, 1080hd. The problem was it would get power but when turned on it would only stay on for about 5 seconds then shut itself off. i called crown to get an estimate ( 50 bucks ). I took it in and they looked at it. Next day or two they call me back and tell me there is nothing worng with the television they had it running all morning long no problem. I'm very greatful for the honesty they could have easily ripped me off. Great service but getting a 60 inch television there was a pain. Would certainly use them again.

I rate them highly and I would use them again in the future if needed.

Overall it went okay except I believe I was overcharged when the problem was corrected with a 2 minute fix with the remote

They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. Their price was reasonable.

They were not able to be repaired. They removed the TVs for me, which was nice.

It was difficult to get the tv loaded in my car, but it was worth it - they fixed the problem in less time than I thought it would take

Everything went well. The technician was very friendly and prompt, and he charged a fair price.

They replaced the bulb for the DLP for me as I waited, which was sooner than I expected. The only problem- which is minor- is that they forgot to reset the indicator light telling me my bulb was about to burn out. I did not bring it back for them to reset it as it doesn't interfere with the operation. The other TV was repaired in 1 week as predicted.

Everything went better than hoped for!

The techinican arrived on time and did what he was supposed to do at the price quoted. I'm satisfied with their services.

Although we were completely pleased with the service, we did not have the TV repaired for $550. Instead, we purchased a brand new one for $900 from a retail store.

Toshiba called Crown, who were extremely professional in notifying us of the procedure, setting up an appointment once they got the part and installing the new circuit board. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I especially appreciate the fact that they kept us notified of the procedure and that the repairman showed up exactly on time. This is good.
