He used materials that wouldn't harm birds or other desirable critters; he was courteous, efficient, and competent.

I paid the $135 when they came out and the guy set the trap by the entrance hole in soft dirt. I checked everyday and they said they checked every day. When I went out on Friday, 5 days, early in the morning the trap was gone. No tracks in the fine dirt from the hole to the trap, no explanation. I called and asked what happened and they said that they pick up the traps on Friday since they don't check on the weekend. Later they said they had caught a squirrel and would charge me $75 to relocate it. I told them I didn't see any squirrel and no foot prints from the hole. They called back about 6 mo. later wanting payment for the squirrel relocation and I explained. They eventually cleared the books.

Daniel did a great job pigeon proofing. We have a huge pigeon problem in our neighborhood and the pigeons were roosting in the gutters of my house and my two next door neighbors, who also had nests in their gutters and under their air conditioner. Pigeon poop filled our gutters, and was piled on the outside floor when I bought the house. Since Daniel's pigeon proofing, and my neighbors also pigeon proofing their gutters, fireplace chimney, air conditioners, and removal of nest, I rarely see pigeons any more. Only the lovely native sparrows, robins, vermillion fly catchers, and mourning doves visit our property now.

The guy came out and did a complete inspection of our house. He looked everywhere he could look and explained the where's and why's of how pests could get into our house, and why we didn't have a pest problem even though I was pretty sure we did. He also explained how to keep pests out of our house in the future. Overall, I was pleased with his service.

We called them and said we had a "critter" in the walls that was keeping up at night and scratching. They said they would come in two weeks. The "critter" died two days later and smelled awful and when we called they still could not give us any service for weeks.

It went very well. They are VERY courteous and professional. The problem was taken care of with the first baiting. I will defientley use them again when necessary.

They were excellent. They knew what they were doing and they did it well. I had several people out for estimates and their price seemed very fair. I would definitely use them again.

Work is not warranted, had to pay $74 for a 2nd visit two weeks later as the moles were still there. You may try coffee grounds to get rid of your moles, we did that too.

I'm really pleased with them. I don't have any bugs in my house. I've been a customer with them for several years. They've done several things for me over the years. I love everything about their service.

Roland is great and when we thought we had an another issue they sent someone out right away. We have always received good service from Critter Control.

We have them under contract, they come out monthly, deal with mice, and we live out in the country.

We had to get some work done and the other company wouldn’t come and work on the house until we got rid of the skunk. The work turned out great. They used traps that wouldn’t hurt them. I would highly recommend them. They drop them way far off from the city. I didn’t want to hurt anything. They took care of everything. They were very professional.

I called and left a message. The person got back to me pretty quickly, we set up a time and they came and set up the traps without me needing to be there. I actually didn't see the person at all. The appointment, payment and everything was done over the phone. Very convenient since I work during the day. Thank you!!

Had an awful "dead" odor emanating from attic. In the past had sounds of scurrying little feet, and did not know if it was mice or pack rat. I am not fond of heights, let alone going into small attic spaces to check it out, so called a professional! He arrived very promptly, and surveyed the outside of the house first for signs of animal entry. He saw signs of entry and mouse poo on the roof along a wall abutment of all places! After looking over ground level and roof, went into the attic. At some long ago time that I don't recall, I must have had the ex-boyfriend put some glue traps in the attic, as about 17 mice in varying states of decay were stuck to about 5 traps. He removed the glue traps and bagged them, then put up some snap traps with peanut butter on them in the attic at both ends, and on the roof entry. I scheduled a return visit for him to check the traps about a week later, and amazingly he had found 2 in the roof traps, and one inside the attic trap. He bagged and removed the mice, retrieved all the traps. I had paid for the sealing of the entry points with mesh and caulk (about $85) VERY pleased with professionalism, response, and work performed. Have had no more critter pitter-pattering since!!!

I tried to cover a large hole under the foundation of the house several times, but the animal would return and dig again. When I heard scratching under the tub in the master bath, I decided it was time to get professional assistance. I called Critter Control and they were able to come out the next afternoon giving me an appointment time of between 3 and 5 pm. The representative arrived promptly at 3 pm and examined the hole. He determined it was most likely squirrels and put out 4 traps. He explained to me what to expect. Because we live outside of town I offered to call each morning instead of having them come out daily. On the second evening I arrived home and a squirrel was in the trap. They removed the squirrel from the property and I have had no further problems. They also covered the hole with dirt, something I didn't expect them to do but really appreciate.

We chose them because they are the only company around that exterminates gofers. They did what they were supposed to do, however they weren't very effective. Gofers are tough to get rid of but they did their best. I also thought they were a little high in price.
