Critter Control

Description of Work: Squirrels had gone through openings around the canales. They trapped all the squirrels that had taken up residence in our ceiling (flat roof) and closed off all the possible points of entry after a thorough inspection. Provider took trapped squirrels to National Forest lands and released. Pleased with the service, they worked quickly to meet our schedule, pricey but fair for all they did.

Description of Work: Complete inspection and thorough recommendations regarding repairs that could be done to prevent mice from entering our home. The technician, Daniel, was excellent and so far his repairs have been successful in preventing further entry by the mice.

Description of Work: sprayed affected areas in and around house. came again (price included in 1st visit) when more work needed. promised chemicals used natural, least toxic for pets (and people). no bad affects, smells, just no bugs.

Description of Work: Set traps for mice and identified points of entry to be blocked off. Gave an estimate to close off entry points but we decided to wait and see. We were very happy with their service and would use them again. Hopefully we won't have to!! ;)

Description of Work: Daniel from Critter Control was fantastic. He isolated the reason we had ants coming into the kitchen (it was due to a tiny hole), and sprayed the outside of the house. He also helped with a mouse problem in our RV motorhome. We arranged for this company to come out every 2 months and do routine spraying. Daniel was very professional, and he was familiar with the common pests we have in the East Mts. |The office called us the day before and reminded us that we had an appointment on August 11, 2015. The initial cost is for an evaluation, and then the price goes down for the regular spraying. We are very happy with every aspect of this company, and how we were treated. We thank Angie's List for having this company on their list.

Description of Work: They never returned my message, and when I tried to call I got sent off to voicemail for a provider in a different state.

Description of Work: Daniel investigated skunk smells, grill mice, and ultimately performed general sealing of openings into my home. He was thoughtful, honest and developed / implemented a plan to work through my pest issues. Daniel was happy to explain his work so I could understand the changes to my home, and why he made them. |On another note, Daniel also saved a clueless house cat from certain death by coyote in high desert. He astutely put together a man walking along the opposite side of the arroyo with a collarless cat in my driveway. Wish I'd been there when he shouted across the arroyo "are you looking for a cat?".

Description of Work: They set out traps for raccoons. We caught a pack rat instead but no more attic visitors

Description of Work: They provided a consultation for rodents that were getting into our house. They gave us recommendations on rodent proofing our house.

Description of Work: Daniel came out to inspect a problem in my landscaping. He said it was a pocket gopher (as had the wonderful front desk lady [Darla] I had talked to on the phone). He set 4 or 5 lethal traps after saying he believed there was only one rodent. | |He came back in a few days and removed the body as well as the traps. | |Critter Control was very responsive and very communicative and very timely!

Description of Work: Inspected home for rodents and other pests. Spent approximately two hours for the initial inspection. Explained planned work in detail and answered all of our questions. Since then has shored up some pest entryways and laid traps. I had tried to get other companies to inspect and do the pest control job. But our location in Cochiti Lake seemed "too far" from Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Often our calls were not returned. In contrast Critter Control came within two days of our phone call. I have subsequently signed with Critter Control for regular inspection and treatment.
