Description of Work: I was extremely satisfied with this Company. The furnace installers were friendly and highly competent. They arrived early and proceeded to spread drop-cloths before installing my furnace. They left my house completely clean. These individuals were completely knowledgeable and friendly yet, acting very professional. I cannot say enough about this company's exceptional work ethics. I will undoubtedly use them again. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Description of Work: Replaced old 50-gallon natural gas water heater, including new fittings. Saw our swamp cooler valve that had had to be replaced a few times and added one to their lines for future use, at no charge, and some other minor courtesies like that to make our system as user-friendly as possible. Very efficient, clean, personable, professional. When assessing water heater before I ordered the new one, took pains to show me where the issues were and not to pressure me. New water heater works great, is much more effective and faster than the old one. Came back another time, quickly and at no charge, to address a minor issue from a separate gas heater troubleshooting call (when I had them take initial look at water heater). Will use them again with confidence.

Description of Work: Having trouble with heater. Another company came out and stated the pressure switch was bad and needed replacing. They wanted $220 for parts and labor. I purchased the part on line for$30 and called Courtesy. Anthony came right on time. He was very nice and knowledgable. The fee was for first hour. It only took 10 min to replace part so he stayed longer and gave us more info regarding maintenance tips.

Description of Work: My A/C stopped working. Courtesy was recommended by a friend, so I called for repairs.Charles showed up, on time and completed the repairs the same day. He also serviced both units and cleaned the coils. Great service, very reasonable price. Will have them come back every year for servicing.

+ -1 moreThe techs were very nice and polite but they went up on the roof and didn't come back down for 1 1/2 hours - never came back to say what they found or what they needed to do. When they finally came back to the door they presented me a bill for $400 (when I was expecting $100) saying many things had to be fixed. This could be - but I thought I was entitled to be told about this before the work was done and they didn't even have the replaced parts to show me the work had been done. I felt frustrated and unsure if the work was even done.
Description of Work: I called them out to shut down heater & start up evap cooler. They gave themselves a 4 hour window of 12-4 and then showed up at 4:15 - which left me sitting around waiting for 4 hours & 15 minutes, which I thought was too long.

+ -1 moreThe job was very hard to do, however Courtesy was on time and clean. We had no damage to the house, and we had no worries about leaving them there when we could not be. We asked for a follow-up due to some questions we had, and they were prompt and professional, answering all our questions without being defensive or patronizing. They communicated clearly with us, and they have great office staff!
Description of Work: We have a University area house that still had a floor furnace and swamp cooler. Courtesy installed refrigerated A/C and forced heat. This was no small job, due to limited crawl space room. However, Courtsey was willing to do the extra work to install our ducting under the house as we wanted, not on the roof like all the other companies wanted to do. They used quality components and insulated everything. Courtesy was also one of the only companies able handle the electrical and roofing needs we had (we had to re-vent the furnace and water heater and this required roof penetrations). The other companies gave us estimates that were similar, but did not include roof and electrical work. Courtesy was on time and all the workers sent were professional and friendly. We will use them again for all our plumbing and A/C needs.

+ -1 moreThe company scheduled this work to be completed within 1 week of the low-bid accepantance. They rescheduled the work to be done one day sooner. The technician arrived within the 4 hour window and completed the work within the estimated two hour job time. It was a difficult job (which another company estimated to be a 5-6 hour task) as the available workspace was small and involved a natural gas pipeline, but the technician was highly skilled and did a great job using smaller tools and an extended drill bit.He covered the floor with a tarp and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided instructions for connecting the grill when it is delivered next week.

+ -1 moreThey sent a technician out promptly and in a timely fashion. The receptionist was very patient and polite. They tried to work us in as fast as possible. The technicians were very courteous. They left the house and the roof clean. They let us know if anything was wrong. The price was very reasonable compared to others. Overall, we were very pleased.
Description of Work: We had them winterize the evaporated air flower and turn on the furnace.
