He let me know he was on his way to Los Lunas and would stop by. Mike is very detailed oriented, he not only corrected the window he also did some minor adjustments to it to make it slide smoothly. It took him maybe 5 minutes in all but it meant a million to me. Good job, Mike and thanks again!

Very well. They showed up on time and got the window job done in one day. They did have to replace one window that did not fit correctly. The doors were ordered afterwards. After getting one door that was not what I ordered, I did get the correct door. I must say that the seal on these doors is fantastic. I actually feel safe in my home.

Salesman was great (Ron consenting) order was placed in Aug. (4-6 wk work ) installed in Sept work staff efficient, kept work areas clean window frame had a card had to reorder (Another 4-6 weeks) finally installed & job completed in late Nov. Because of the waits & no on site manufacturing.

Marcos and his crew were prompt, arriving between 7:00 am-8:00 am. Very professional and fast working, very conscientious.

I called late afternoon 10/10 to request service. Since it was an outside door, this was a security concern as it would not lock. Mike Herrera came the next day and did work as noted above. I was impressed that he responded so quickly. All of the work performed was under warranty for windows I purchased SEVEN years ago! Champion stands behind their product and warranty. I have been very happy with the windows and two patio doors and have never had any problems prior to this. That is some wonderful warranty especially in Albuquerque where the fluctuating weather from very cold to very hot plays havoc on houses. I only paid a trip charge and was happy to do that. Mike was professional and efficient, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He followed up with my estimate via phone. I highly recommend Champion for their product and service.

Marcos & Jeremy arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently & made my new windows look beautiful & they cleaned up after Marcos navigated my difficult driveway with truck & trailer.

Technicians were here at 0830. Started work. Removed old windows. Installed new ones. Work completed at approximately 1700.
