The Champion Windows salesman was outstanding. He did a superb job. There were 2 young men who installed the windows who couldn't have been any better. They were very courteous and they cleaned everything after they were finished with my job. I have already recommended them to neighbors.

Overall at the time it was pretty good. The windows upstairs were double hung with a half screen which is standard with them. We ended up not being happy with that and asked to upgrade to a full screen. They were going to have that made locally as it would be faster and offered not to charge an additional fee. They promised to have them out in two weeks and it has been a month now. We are still waiting. The windows look good and we are waiting to see how well they do in the winter. We however are not happy with needing to call them all the time for following up and for the lack of communication on their end.

Salesperson was on time and had great advice which save both time & money. Workers let me know schedule & kept them. Clean up was very good. A door lock problem was fixed quickly and no problem since.

Don at Champion came out gave us estimate, told us what to expect and when crew came in, Eric and his helper were on time and did a fabulous job.

Extremely well. We were predisposed by word-of-mouth from an extraordinarily satisfied previous customer who'd had her windows for over two years. The sales presentation was thorough. The work was done as scheduled, on time, and neatly. Cleanup on our part was zero. It has only been 6 months, but so far, we are very happy with ou windows. The only strange part of the whole experience was this: my wife and I both recall being surprised by the salesman's explanation that Champion did not use Angie's List because businesses had to pay Angie's List a fee to be featured. But now I see Champion Windows of Albuquerque has been on Angie's List since July, 2006. And, of course, Angie's List emphatically states that no businesses pay a fee to be on the list. This discrepancy is disquieting, and has the unfortunate effect of calling into doubt the rest of the sales presentation. We shall see.

The service was excellent. The workmanship was outstanding. They provide a lot of different programs to help you pay for their service. The windows have the good housekeeping seal of approval, and help cut down on noise as well as keeping out the wind and water. I just ordered 4 more to complete my house.

I’ve owned two homes over the last 35 years and this experience with Champion Windows and Doors was THE BEST service I have ever received. I had interviewed other companies who only spent 20 minutes with me. However, the Champion Windows consultant spent two hours explaining the work and taking measurements. I hired them. The two serviceman who came were true gentleman. They spent over an hour just setting up for the job to ensure that dirt would not be left in my house. They also again measured before they even took the windows and door off the truck. After only four hours, the new windows were installed and they look fabulous! Furthermore, I am a very picky person and I could not find one speck of dust in my home after they were done! They also cleaned up outside the home exactly to my needs. I am also impressed that the materials used (windows, sliding glass door) were very high quality. All of my relatives and friends agree that the windows and door look incredible. I highly recommend them to others!

We were very pleased with Rob and Davy. They worked very hard. They did a wonderful job. One regret: I should have offered them something to eat, because they didn't even take a lunch break.

It turned out excellent. They were timely, cleaned up very well, and the installers were very pleasant, helpful, and asked questions when doing the job. It was a very good experience.

June 2011 - went into the Champion Window Co. Went over my window measurements with Don. I had measurements from a previous measurement done in April 2010. He prepared the contract. Appointment setup to measure windows & doors. Contract revised and windows ordered and received 1st week of August. Windows & doors installed in 2 & 1/2 days(completed by 1pm on the third day). The installer and his 2 assistants arrived on time. The installer explained what they were going to do. I was told when the install appointment was made that I didn't need to cover everything but that was a mistake. I put plastic covers on everything but it still didn't stop the dust from getting on things. The installer only had one step ladder and he proceeded to us the one I had in the garage without asking for my permission. The first thing the assistant installer asked for was a marking pencil. They also used my broom and dust pan and trash can. They used their own trash bags after they filled up my trash can. The three days they worked they never bother to bring their own 2nd step ladder. All this was reported to Champion after the job was completed. On the third day, the final day, the installer seemed to be in a hurry to get done. The installer explained how the windows and doors operated. I gave the installer the final payment and they left. About 15 minutes after they left, I noticed they had not finished the inside trim on one of the patio doors. I called Champion immediately. The installer came back about 3 hours later. The installer and his assistant finished the job but left several pieces of trim on my block wall. I reported it but it wasn't pickup until a week later. I called Champion because I couldn't turn the key on the patio door. The supervisor came over and showed me how to do it. If you don't have strong hands, it is a little difficult to turn the key in the lock because it is too close to the trim. The double hung windows are a little heavy to pull down and clean. All my other concerns were taken care of timely. The followup gentlemen arrived on time or before the set appointment time and corrected the minor problems. So far I am happy with the windows.

The experience was very good. When a crack did occur in one of the windows they were responsive in replacing it.

I am rep[lacing 8 windows and a sliding glass door in a home built in the 1950's plus repairing a crack in the wall and the exterior stucco. I think Champion has a high quality window, probably a little better than the company I went with, BUT...their presentation was extremely legthy (a couple of hours approx), they wanted to know who else I had bids from and for how much, they bad mouthed several different companies in town including the company I ultimately went with, they even bad mouthed Angie's List, and they were almost $2000 higher than the closest bid for a window that was of almost equal quality. Their first price was approx $1500 higher, but the regiional manager said he would bring the bid down by that amount if we committed to the job that day. I was very displeased with their strong arm sales tactics. The actual salesman was good, unassuming and knowledgeable. It was the district manager who really put me off. As I said, their windows see to be good products, but they are expensive and the sales technique was far too long and aggressive.

The group that did the framing and removal of the old sunroom was very professional cleaned up after themselfs and work very hard to complete the work assigned. This group of installers are the best part of the CHampion Windows company. Unfortunately the sub-contractors for electrical and gutters leave alot of room for improvements. The Electrician felt it was more improtant to do other jobs and only provide an hour or two at our site and while there was continuously on phone. SO two hours at the site, 10 miutes worth of work....he also felt it was ok to bring people from his church to our home while he worked so he had company I guess, not sure. We had a couple plugs put in that were in addition to the sunroom cost and almost dropped over dead when we got the bill of over $230.00. Quite a high amount for two plugs don't ya think? The sub for the gutters put up very pretty gutters, and it would ahve been fine except for the fact that they were not sealed to the house and any time it rained all the water just dropped down behind the gutters instead of in them. There are good points. The installers, the good group, came back and resolved the leaks and now the gutters work perfectly. The installers also came back and hid all the mess the electrician left. All in all I guess things could have gone wose but after almost two months and still have unresolved issues I would definately NOT use this comapny again. Another note; once you sign the deal with the sales person you will never see or hear from him again....ever!! No follow up on satifaction, no disucssion about final bills or even questions about how their crews worked....just another fine customer service failure of this company.

They did a great job. I am very fussy. The window & door trim looks perfect & they did not ruin any exterior stucco or interior drywall. The silicone sealing job on all trim is perfect. All the windows & doors were sized properly. They installed 7 windows & 2 patio doors in just a few hours. They had 1 employee that did nothing but follow around the installers cleaning. My home is now warmer in the winter & cooler in the summer with no drafts like I had around my original windows & patio doors. The operation of the windows & doors is smooth, the latches function properly & the weather has had no effect on any of the vinyl or screens. I have recommended them to several friends & family members & they are very happy with the work & windows.

The experience was very good. When one window had some very slight damage to the handle they replaced it immediately with out any question. I would use them again in a heart beat. Also I love the windows.

They were wonderful people to work with. They replaced 10 windows and 1 door. My experience was wonderful and they were professional in every way. I knew I could depend on them to be on time and do the job well. I will consider using them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were very professional. The installers were very punctual and very hard workers. They did a great job on the installation. They were very easy to work with. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Our windows came in a month earlier than promised. Everyone at Champion windows were easy to work with and very professional. They are very flexible with scheduling. My husband and I were impressed with their company.

The sales representative was very professional and did an extensive and detailed presentation estimate plus inviting us to also visit the showroom. We were impressed that they were the only firm we examined that actually put the "R" rating on their sample windows for display. The installation was timely and took only one day to complete 12 window replacements. The crew was competent and professional and performed neat, quality work with fine clean-up. We have observed a quieter home and a slight decrease in energy cost. Champion does honor their warranty! We had a broken hinge replaced at no cost. We are pleased with the wondows and with the professionalim of all the company representatives we have encountered. We may use Champion for doors later and highly recommend this company for window replacements.

It was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had, or heard of, as relates to a home improvement project. It took them 7 visits over a 14 month period of time to finish the job. They had to reorder the windows twice, and they had to reset the windows a third time in order to make them slide. After the last visit the windows still do not operate smoothly, and the screens in particular do not slide. They refused to come again to work on the windows, and threatened to sue me for the $400.00 balance, due upon completion, if I did not pay. I went ahead and paid just to not have to deal with them anymore. They are absolutely the WORST! They also disconnected the alarm sensors for the windows and dropped them thru the framing and into the wall. This was extremely aggravating because I had pulled the sensors out of their holes and tapped them to the Sheetrock so they could be reinstalled. I will have to cut the wall open to reach the sensors.

The windows are great - I love them. The installation was so-so. I was told it would be a one day job, and took off work accordingly to be present. They were half a day late the first day, unable to finish. I work long hours and had to get family to come by the next day to let them in. They failed to finish the second day as well, and had to come back on the weekend to finish. They fixed some missing plaster they caused promptly when I pointed it out. However, all home alarm wires were covered up INSIDE the windows, depsite requests to leave it available before the job begun. They offered to halfway pull the windows out and break the insulation seal to get it out - but I didnt want to have to come home for another day off work to let them do this - or break the seal and insulation on the windows -so I'll just get wireless security. Also, the screen door was installed sloppily and last minute - and the lock was done wrong - I just fixed it myself rahter than deal with them again.

Installers arrived 4 hours late. Certainly forgivable, but crew had obviously put in a nearly full day before arriving. Installation mgr. promised to complete the job by day's end. When they had trouble removing the old windows, he began to berate the crew while sucking up to me. All I asked was that my home be secured and everyone come back the next morning to start fresh. The mgr. became angry and "fired" the crew when they refused to stay at my house until the job was complete, no matter how long it took. I could go on and on about the "manager" who had been with the co. for 2 weeks and clearly lacked any managerial or interpersonal skills. I understand that there had been high turnover within the company which contributed to the disorganization on my job. After a highly emotional display with the crew in front of my home, the "manager" walked off the job! The job actually took a total of 3 days, with a lot of time wasted due to the incident on the 1st day.

I THINK THIS COMPANY WORKED TO IMPRESS ME BECAUSE THEY KEPT ASKING US IF EVERYTHING WAS LOOKING ALRIGHT AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE WE WANTED DONE. YOU CAN TELL THIS COMPANY TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM WERE VERY GOOD ALSO. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
