Description of Work: I wouldn't recommend Champion Windows and Doors. The install was mediocre, wrong parts of the doors were ordered, delay in service. Inaccurate information was relayed to us regarding the financing without interest. The finished product was poor. Overall we believe that they lacked professionalism especially the office staff. We would not recommend Champion Window and Doors.

Description of Work: Champion installed brand new windows throughout the house. My old windows were 35 years old. They installed them all in one day. I also bought new steel doors and storm doors. They were installed at a later date. We had some problems with the storm doors but they were replaced. All in all I was very happy with the results. I have received many compliments on my new widows and doors. The difference from the old to the new is like night and day. No drafts, no noise, and much warmer. |

Description of Work: The Champion Windows crew did a fabulous job installing the new replacement windows. They worked seamlessly with each other and were very careful not to not disrupt us more than needed. |We did receive a call asking/telling us that the crew would be a day late finishing because of another job. We said that was not okay. We then called the district sales rep and the job was finished on time as originally planned.

Description of Work: They replaced all of our windows and doors. They were done in one day. We liked their quick and efficient work. They also were very careful to clean up after themselves. They did such a wonderful job that we ordered the matching storm and screen door which was installed quickly. All were completely beautiful. Also, we have an 8 foot double door to our back yard and they made a custom door to our specifications! They were quick, efficient, polite and clean. The full guarantee is to the house, not the owners, which creates a great selling feature.

Description of Work: They were very responsive to the deal I purchased (discounts off purchase price of windows) and the salesman was great. He was very informative, prepared and professional. He took a lot of time to explain the product and answered many questions. I did not end up purchasing the windows however because the price was shockingly high. I probably would not buy windows from them but I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.

Description of Work: Doug did a fine job of explaining the company, the product, the installation, and the followup. Everything went as described and planned. One screen had a tiny rip in it and it was replaced immediately. We particularly liked Doug's post-installation walk-through complete with window cleaner (he even brought a treat for the dog). He answered all our questions and reiterated his promise of continued help whenever we need it.
