Description of Work: Had to build a slope on a zero slope flat roof, redid all parapets, and canales. Isaac, the lead foreman, was one of the most professional workers we have ever dealt with.

Description of Work: Cleaned off the existing roof and replaced it with a new roof. Time will tell if this is a good product and company. It is not something I can comment on right now because they have just started their work. Ask us again in five years or so. It is a very expensive contract so hope it works and doesn't begin to leak in a few years.

Description of Work: The contractors performed most reputably and professionally. The were polite, on-time and clean. As a handicapped veteran, I asked them to contact me each morning 20 minutes before their arrival so I could ready myself. Mr. Augustine was a pleasant young foreman and professional in every sense of the term. This was the most eye appealing roofing system I have seen on any of my properties. I will definitely utilize their services on future projects. Thank you BAC!

Description of Work: BAC is very busy for a good reason. They do a good job, their product is superior and it is guaranteed for many, many years. Wes is very knowledgeable about all things roof related and their crews are efficient. The weather is the only major uncertainty in roofing with BAC.

Description of Work: BAC removed the old flat roof and installed a new one. The team that performed the work was always on time. The job was scheduled to take another day but BAC supplied an additional crew to finish the job a day early because rain was forecast to move in the next day. They returned the next day to clean the work site. We are very satisfied customers.

Description of Work: They took the entire roof off and put new insulation and a membrane down. It took a week and I quite happy with the results. |They are a little slow in processing the checks.

This is the fifth replacement membrane roof over the past 40 years (original roof was tar and gravel). BAC Enterprises was clearly the best of the five roofing companies that we have employed. No problems in the first three months of a particularly wet summer.

Description of Work: I hired BAC to re-roof my original 15 year old tar and gravel roof after my first water leak over the garage. The sales rep was very professional and excellent to work with. The job was completed a week early because another client had their job postponed a week. My roof was broken up into 4 parts to include re-roofing over the patio. The extra cost was partly due to the square footage involved in covering the parapet all the way up and the patio. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to be at my house during any of the work. I was able to inspect every evening and the job took about 4 days. I was very happy with the work and would recommend them highly. BAC is a first rate company with a great warranty. The discount posted on Angie's List for BAC was also a welcome surprise. I look forward to many problem free years with this roof.

Description of Work: BAC removed the old gravel from my flat roof and installed the IB roofing system. They relaced and raised my 3 skylights. The coverage also included up the two sides adjoining my neighbors common walls. All debris was removed and excess gravel was used to cover part of my backyard.Very professional and very efficient and courteous. Bill reminded me I could use the Angie's List coupon to save 500.00. They are very busy and now I can see why. They do meet the agreed upon schedule and there were no surprises.
