Replaced tar/gravel flat roof with white PVC membrane roofing. Wesley answered all questions and team was professional. Website videos helpful. Multi-layered construction. Canales covered as well. Did half of my roof (design of house) in one day. Will definitely hire for other side of house. Lifetime guarantee puts me at ease. So satisfied!

I moved into my house 7/27 and soon after that noticed a spot on my ceiling due to a roof leak. Called AAA Roofing and Alvarado Roofing to investigate reason for leak and price to repair. Both companies said it was a material failure. Sandro from AAA was amazing. He said the roof was placed by BAC Roofing and they have a lifetime warranty on their roof. Reached out to BAC and was told ideally the warranty needs to be transferred when the home changes hands but they could still make it work. Augie came to my house within the next few days, told me warranty could not be transferred and the damage was from hail and/or golf balls so even if there was a warranty, it would not be covered. He was quick to point out we could get my homeowners insurance involved and get a new roof. I asked him how come both the other companies said it was a material failure, he said "they were both lying" What I do not understand the 2 companies that were going to repair my roof for a few hundred dollars were lying and the only company that offers a lifetime warranty on their flat roof that should last at least 15 years and wants to replace the whole roof for thousands of dollars is not?? I called Sandro again before posting this review , and he stated unequivocally that it was material failure and not from Golf balls or hail.

BAC was fantastic! They installed my roof 5 1/2 years ago, and when I called them to try to find the source of some leaks after a recent heavy rain, a technician came within 2 days. He checked all the roofing seals and did some minor repair to one seal and to the stucco where water might have been coming in. Someone came out a few days later and did water testing. The source of the leaks turned out not to be the roof but unsealed penetrations in the stucco. For all the work and a substantial amount of time they spent, plus repairing the source of the leaks, no charges were incurred by me. I highly recommend BAC Enterprises. They are reputable, professional, and stand behind their work.

Covered in insulated two levels of roofing. Great explanations of what they would do, and they did it as described, and on time. Somewhat pricey, but I should never need another roof.

The roofing crew did a great job. The job was completed in 4 days. It probably would have been done in 3, but we had rain the afternoon of the 1st day. BAC had anticipated the rain so they did not do any work which would have led to a possible leak. They also applied tar to areas that could have led to possible leaks a couple of months before they started the new roof. There was a leak in the living room ceiling which precipitated the need for a new roof. The tar patching that they did prior to the installation of the new membrane roof prevented any further damage to the living room ceiling. I don't think any other company would have taken the time to do that. A real plus of the new roof is how cool the house has been. The AC has hardly been running since the roof was installed. I imagine it will also help hold in the heat during the winter. I am totally pleased with the job and won't hesitate to recommend BAC to anyone needing a new roof. It is an expensive roof but I feel the expense is well worth the money spent for the warranty offered and the peace of mind of not having to deal with on going roof maintenance problems.

After having a lousy flat roof put on by a now defunct company three years ago, BAC came in and installed a new single membrane roof covering. Not cheap, of course, but quality. They coordinated well with ABQ Plumbing to reinstall ac units on our roof with a crane. Wes did a fine job informing us of the process as well as seeing it to completion. The foreman Adrian kept us informed of progress at the end of each day. So far we are happy. Time will tell!

Company was responsive and professional. Installation took one day. Installer took care to clean out old materials that would have caused a high spot and prevented water from draining.

They were on time and pretty careful. I have 3 dogs so letting them in and out when gate closed was a detail that we worked out. It was a very long process in removing material and replacing the pitch part going into the sealed layer. There was rain on day 3 when roof was partly bare but they tarped it an all was ok eventually. They said they were rebuilding the flat to have more elevation so that the roof would shed better. The following day after completion we had a downpour and the cannales were spouting water about 3 ft. straight out lateral. I sure could see the effect.

Unfortunately, BAC could not do our roof because the Santa Fe Historical District does not allow the roofing procedures preformed by BAC. We were aware that BAC prices were high but a review of the product made it worth the extra cost to us compared to what else is out there. The contractor was apologetic that they couldn't do our roof because of the SFHD rules. He showed up on time to inspect the roof and showed us BAC's roofing procedures even showing us what and why SFHD would disallow BAC's roofing procedure. Bill was very professional and personable and we wouldn't hesitate to hire BAC if our circumstances were different.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were on time everyday, worked sometimes 10 hours, and were very professional.

The work was performed ahead of schedule and with very little mess. The crews were polite, respectful, and very professional.

A quality product, well informed from estimate to completion. The crew was hard working and enjoyed their job. Their craftmanship focused on the details. Their high quality daily production considered exposure of a finish end-point each day so as not to expose the roof to the weather.

These guys are great. I obtained 3 quotes. BAC was the highest quote. However, the warranty, added insulation, replacement of skylights, building permit fee, all factored in to what we needed that made the investment worth the cost. Bill Younts, the sales representative was non-pressure, did a thorough and quick presentation, kept me abreast of schedule, and just one of those likeable guys. His crew was thorough, efficient, respectful, and really worked hard for the 3 days it took to do the job. I would highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the look and functionality of the SteelRock roof system and also the service we received from BAC Enterprises. Salesman, Wes Hedlund was wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable about the SteelRock roofing system. Furthermore, we had to put our roofing project on hold for an additional 4-5 months, due other projects that came up with the our home and Wes and BAC were very understanding and flexible with our situation. Bert and his crew who installed the roof did an outstanding and professional job! We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and we know we have a strong, well-built roofing system and will not have to replace our roof again in our lifetime. Also, the price of the SteelRock roof through BAC came in way under that of the Decra metal roofing system that we got quotes for through other local companies in the ABQ area. I would highly recommend BAC Enterprises to anyone who needs any type of roof replacement or repair done.

Overall went well. Wanted better prep work securing roof underfoot before installing the roof membrane, but was not on site to ensure it was done. By the time I got on site that portion of roof was already completed. I was assured if any issues did arise they would take care of the issue. Overall I am happy with the work and materials.

Excellent. They were excellent on communications, cleaned up the job and completed our home in less than a week. Price included removal of old gravel, installation of insulating boards, membrane installation, including sealing around all protrusions, and running the membrane up the inside of the walls, and installation of new skylights. Lifetime written warranty. This roofing also lowers our home insurance premium.

very well. The weather delayed a few days but the men were here early and worked until the job was finished. They cleaned up any debris. Reported to me when they came, when they left and when they'd return.

I was educated by Wes who used slides to explain canales, the need to line them properly, the advantages of PVC, how they wrap the parapets, etc. and that was followed up by a crew that was timely, hard-working, patient with my questions, and the clean-up was in line with my picky expectations. I'm enjoying the rains!

They're very experienced, knowledgeable, they have a lot of guidance and insight. They didn't necessarily oversell their services, they gave great advice. It seems like they have a great product and great service.

Its expensive but we have already saved a lot of money from having to fix leaks in the past. They have the lifetime warranty.
