Description of Work: Great company to do business with. Had my first BAC roof put on in 2003. Unfortunately, hail damage caused a leak in my kitchen ceiling via penetrating the thick membrane. (This is not covered in the lifetime warranty folks, so be aware of that.) My insurance did cover the cost of replacing it and it was done in a timely and professional manner. I had no problems whatsoever, with the crew that came and worked for several days. This is a very expensive roof so I expected top notch work and service. I wasn't disappointed.

Description of Work: Great product. Excellent installation of new roof. It took 5 months after signing contract to actually get the roof put on my house. That was frustrating, but it tells how long the waiting list is for this roof.

Description of Work: Work is being completed this week. Have been very satisfied with work so far and especially work crew. They are on task, reliable, pleasant fellows. The work is progressing well and they are repairing some unanticipated problems along the way, so far, so good.

Description of Work: Replace patio roof and skylights. Very nice job overall and was professionally estimated and performed. They were more expensive that other roofers but I think it was worth it. My only complaint was that it took 4 months to get it scheduled (small job).

Description of Work: The Company was well represented by it's employees who went beyond their agreed upon service: excellent work ethic; came to our aid in a very timely manner during terrible weather because we had a big roofing problem, could not have been nicer or more tidy. I have previously replaced 4 roofs on other homes. This was the best experience ever! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: "Right now, I have a tentative date for a new roof the last week of December or early January. When I signed the contract (late August/early September) , I was given tentative date of mid November. |However, they have been kind and forthcoming in explaining the delay and number of roof installations ahead of mine. In fact, they notified me of the $500 discount coupon on Angie's list. That is when I joined, and I plan to use some more services. |I am currently having chemo and finish in January. Then I have surgery and radiation. When all that is done, I plan use some more services with some home upgrades."

Description of Work: A new roof was to be installed in November. Now it has been moved to December; no date has been set yet.

Description of Work: Scheduled for February installation. The 30 year guarantee was the deciding factor and the knowledge and throughness of the person who visited my home. Ask me again in February when the project is completed.

Description of Work: They originally redid my roof. After they did the roof there was a leak in the roof. They fixed the interior after it was ruined from the storm. They negotiated with me and worked with me to fix the problem. They gave me a discount after all I went through.

Description of Work: 1) BAC removed and disposed of multiple layers of old materials from the flat roof over an addition and patio, installing insulation board and IB membrane roofing with a lifetime warranty. The IB membrane was extended about 24 inches up the adjoining (back) pitched roof, after removing and disposing of the back half of the shingle and "tar paper" materials. | |2) BAC installed new Metro Shingle steel shingle panels on the back portion of the pitched roof, starting at the transition from the flat roof and working to the peak of the pitch. Moving to the front pitch, BAC removed and disposed of the old asphalt shingles and tar paper, installed new membrane and Metro Shingle steel shingle panels with matching flashing as necessary. | |3) replaced all fascias with new, painted boards. | |Throughout the planning and execution of the work, Wes of BAC showed concern for keeping rain out of our house. The replacement of roofing in 4 sections met this concern, even with two days of rain during the installation.

Description of Work: Had a complete re-roof on house. Work was completed in two days. The crew that did the work was very professional and working with them was a pleasure. They cleaned up after the work was complete and left no signs that they were ever here. The new roof is clean and looks terrific. The company is very busy and it took several weeks to get on their schedule, but overall, the work was worth the wait. I would surely use BAC again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: The crew who worked on our roof were very careful of our property and did a thorough, professional job. When weather extended the install, the supervisor put on an extra crew to have the job done on time. They may be a little more expensive than other firms, but worth the price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
