Brian said it would be six weeks before they could start and it was exactly that. They did the work in two days and also stuccoed a small area on a courtyard wall for no extra charge. They cleaned up thoroughly. They did an excellent job-you would never know a repair had been made. Their estimate was slightly less than other companies I had checked into.

We were satisfied with the service.

Bryan came by to give a bid. He explained how the job was to be done in detail. His crew started promptly(within a few days). They did an excellent job. The wall looks terrific. The crew was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I plan to have them do more work in the future. I also recommend them to anyone needing stucco work done.

Everybody was professional and showed up on time. They worked hard and quickly. They did everything they said they would do, finished the job a bit early and cleaned up themselves. I will surely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. They were very friendly, too. I had a few comparisons done in terms of price and theirs was excellent.

Overall, it went well. The crew leaders kept me informed of the progress and they showed up as scheduled. They satisfied my requests for additional patch work before the final coat. The finished project looks good. I wish they had covered exposed surfaces during the repair phase as thoroughly as they covered them during the final coat phase. During the disassembly of the scaffolding, some electrical conduit was broken (I had detached it from the wall prior to the job). Final cleanup could have been more thorough. These are minor criticisms, and in general, I think they did a good job. Their worker's compensation insurance was up to date and they had a good record with the Better Business Bureau.

We have a nine-year-old house with natural stucco coating. Over the last year we have noticed some leaking around windows during heavy rain. I called BW Earp for an inspection and advice, and expected to request a quote. They responded promptly and Mr. Earp himself out within a few days. After inspecting our stucco and the sites of the leaks, Mr. Earp indicated that we did not need significant stucco repair, and described how we might try to address the problem ourselves with a simple application of caulk. He recommended a particular brand and supplier, and inidcated that this should be our first course of action before contracting any stucco repair work. We followed his advice and it seems to have stopped the problem. We are EXTREMELY grateful that Mr. Earp provided a truthful, honest assessment of our situation without trying to sell us repairs that we did not need. We would absolutely recommend BW Earp to anybody needing stucco repair, and will certainly be contacting BW Earp again in the future when we do need stucco repair.

Excellent work; Brian was professional; crew was always on time & cleaned up at the end of each day. Work was completed on time & price was as contracted. About 10 days after the completion we noticed white staining in several places. It turns out that it had rained right after completion of the work. Brian knew immediately what I was talking about & as soon as the weather cleared a crew was back out & repaired the staining. Everything still looks great.

At first everything went well. There was a slight miscommunication about when the workers would start on my house (they said Wed. but they showed up Tues.) but the owner Brian showed up and explained what they would be doing and then asked me what should be done about certain fixtures. The workers were equally conscientious. They showed up on time and were polite. Problems started happening during the second phase when I realized that the workers had broken the lock off my dog gate and was not informed exactly when payment was expected so I was caught off guard and inconvenienced and the workers had cracked my new kitchen window. After several calls that went unanswered I finally got a response and the window has been repaired. So, overall, there was a bit more hassle than I would have wanted that could have been avoided with better communication but, hopefully, this company will learn from this experience and improve in this area. The work itself is excellent and I am very very pleased with the final result.

From start to finish, the three different crews that came out to our house for the various stages of insulation and stucco were excellent.

We didn?t go with them because their price was on the high end of the estimates that I received. The owner came out for the estimate and he was very professional. He gave me the estimate quickly and everything was very professional, but the price was out of my budget.

Brian did the quote and revisited the home several times to answer our questions. Work was on time and professional. Crew was courteous at all times. Job was completed on time.

They were upfront about everything they did. We had a very good experience with them.

This company did a great job. The job requirements - other than the obvious of looking good on completion - also needed the repair and sealing of the parapets - a big deal on a flat roof house. They need to be as water impervious as the roof. Brian explained how he would accomplish that when he came out to do the estimate. The final result was excellent. I suspect my new roof will fail before those parapets do. The overall appearance is great. All in all, the results exceeded my expectations. The crew that worked on the house are artists.

Mr. Earp gave me an estimate for a re-stucco job of my entire home. He was promptly on time, knowledgeable, friendly and described what options I had for my particular job. He was highly recommended by a contractor who appreciates his expert work. His estimate was in line with other estimates I have received thus far.

I called him and he came out quickly and gave me an estimate. He showed up when he said he would. He was very personable and seemingly knowledgeable. I also found him to be quite honest. He looked over the whole place, and checked out the cracks using his ladder. The very estimate was very good. He said he could send someone out the same week, but he hasn?t called me yet. I believe his is a one-man business, and I think he has 20 or more years of experience.

This project involved power washing the entire exterior, removing and repairing all loose stucco, rebuilding, waterproofing and re stuccoing the parapets and applying a finish coat of synthetic stucco. The work was completed in approximately ten days which included several days allowed for the base coats to cure. BW Earp used a six man crew who were careful in protecting the landscaping, windows and wood trim. They cleaned up on a daily basis. The end result far exceeded my expectations!

Our primary problem was water intrusion through cracked and peeling parapets. After several quotes and opinions from several stucco companies, we decided to use BW Earp because of the high recommendations of their references and their professionalism. They were able to accommodate our tight schedule nicely. BW Earp's team were professional, prompt, courteous, clean, and reliable. When we noticed very small superficial defects in the color, workers promptly returned and remedied the problem. We are very pleased and confident in their product and workmanship.
