Description of Work: Replaced original roof which had lasted over 30 years as part of upgrading project. BMC roof installed new roof June 2013. In the past 6 months there have been 2 major leaks in opposite ends of the house causing considerable damage on the wall of the master bdrm and the living room. While BMC responded quickly to repair the roof, it is shocking that a brand new roof leaks. Never had that experience with two other homes I own.

+ -1 moreShortly after the person came here I called him on his phone and told them I decided I would go with them. I had looked up about 7 other roofing companies, but since I knew their reputation I thought I would use them. They will be coming to do my roof on May 23rd.
Description of Work: They came to give me an estimate. They quoted for me the 3 tab shingles. I decided I would go w/ the architectural shingles.

+ -1 more\It went very well. Paul was very friendly and professional. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure. He and his crew were very punctual and seemed genuinely concerned about doing the best job possible. For a few hours there was a lot of debre, but they cleaned up every bit of it. The end result looks pretty much like a new roof to me. If there are any problems Paul assured me they will take care of them. The initial price covers any needed work for one year. After that there is a very reasonable maintenance agreement available. I recommend you consider BMC roofing
Description of Work: BMC roofing did a restore repair of my sloping gravel-topped roof. They repaired the perimeter metal edge terminations and ridges. They also repaired the penetration flashings. In general they restored all areas that needed work.

They had sent the original estimate back in August, and we didn't do the work until January, yet they still honored that quote. I was pretty impressed.

+ -1 moreThe job went well. Paul was very polite and puntual. The cost of the project was slightly less than the Sterling had estimated. I will use them again. for routine roof maintenence.
Description of Work: After having my roof inspected by Sterling home inspections, I called BMC to do the work. They looked at the inspection report and inspected the roof them selves. The repaiered the missing shingles. They repaired the perimeter flashing for 50 feet. Repaired penetration flashings at vents, pipes which were about 11 penetrations. Repaired flashings at curbs, hvac units, chimneys, and large vents about 31 feet.Removed metatron back flat roof and installed new flat metal. Cut down bubble next to chimney and reapired. They will come back in a year to reinspect the roof.
