I have been a customer of BMC Roofing for many years. In 2005 they replaced an old shingle roof on my home and detached garage. I elected to sign up for their annual roof maintenance program and some year later after a hail storm that took place in my area they let me know that there were signs of hail damage on the roof. They were helpful in taking pictures and speaking with my insurance company to ensure I could have my roof replaced. They did a great job both times on replacment, and additinally have taken care of both of our rental properties. I am thankful to have a roofing contractor that I can trust, as my husband and I are elderly and have no intentnions of getting up on our roof. Great compan

Overall experience was excellent. BMC came out to inspect a roof on a house I was considering buying. Paul performed a free inspection and recommended 2 options with 2 price points to get the roof in shape. After closing the BMC crew came and performed a re-roof. They were clean, courteous, and professional. Now I'm on their maintenance plan and they come out once a year to seal things on my roof and keep it in good condition. I would 100% use them again.

It was great they show up on time they were very professional and very courteous so I will always use them to my roof and I will referred them to anybody else.

Since re-roof in March 2016 we have had 5 roof leaks, some very major, (such as water pouring in from ceiling) damaging drywall and paint on interior walls. Problem continues without resolution. BMC does come out to check when leak reported, but they have not been able to resolve this matter. Very frustrating since we paid in full in good faith for a new roof, not a leaking roof. We have had to pay for interior repairs since they do not cover this.

They are truly professionals. They brought a large crew and did an excellent job of removing the old tar roof (22 years old) and installed a modified bitumen roof. Roof is leak proof and does not pool water. They provide a 1 year warranty and a service contract that can be renewed annually.

Roofing crew arrived on the day scheduled. The repaired all the parapets, cleaned out and sealed all the canales, resealed around all the roof penetrations (sky lights, vents, etc.) and redistributed the gravel evenly over the roof. Payment for the job occurred only after Paul, the owner, personally inspected the work performed. This job came with a warranty which others were unable to provide.

Our realtor recommended BMC Roofing for a yearly maintenance program. We met with Paul on August 7 and after his inspection he gave us an estimate of $1,250 plus tax to get our roof in shape and $225 per year thereafter for maintenance. He recommended that we replace one skylight for $250. We scheduled the work for 11/14 at which time the roofing team came and did the job. They were prompt and courteous. The following week, Paul made an appointment to come by and inspect the roof and accepted our payment. We are very happy with BMC Roofing and highly recommend them. They are very professional and efficient.

They fixed everything and I had a warranty service. I trust them and so far, they're very responsive. They just come and do it on their own and I'm not even here.

Actually, we are using them again right now. They did great.

The original inspection indicted I could expect about 8 additional years before the shingles would need to be replaced. Each year an inspection was done and maintenance, including recaulking and flashing repair where necessary, was done. Work was done as expected and crews were prompt and professional. A leak appeared duing the contract and the crew responded quickly to fix it. I am at the end of the life of the roof and I will definitely get a quote for replacement from BMC.

We contacted BMC after another roofer told us they were not able to help us, despite tell us they would come out for three weeks. BMC responded quickly, professionally and courteously, despite the fact that they were busy and informed us they could not do the work for some months, they offered to come out, give us an estimate and help tarp the roof so no further damage would occur. We were pleased with their attitude, customer service and candor. We will continue to use them, and have incorporated their regular service repairs.

It went well - the estimate done by Paul was professional, documented, explained well, and accurate. The roofing team was great - excellent from the foreman through the entire crew. My roof was completed in timely fashion, with care and craftsmanship, and my yard was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. I truly appreciated the men working on the roof as well as Paul, Charlotte and their team!

It went so well, the staff at BMC were so friendly and willing to work with my timeline. I would be happy to use BMC in the future.

Paul and Charlotte Ortiz of BMC Roofing are fantastic. Very professional and precise. The work was done in a professional, complete and timely manner, and we are very happy with the results. We contacted BMC Roofing to inquire about a new roof. When Paul Ortiz arrived, he looked over the entire project and informed us that the was still in solid condition and did not need replacing. Instead it was recommended that we have the roof refurbished. This was an enormous cost savings. We took the recommendation and had the refurbishment completed. Our roof looks great and, most importantly, works even better. Thank you BMC Roofing!

This was a small job, but Paul was very responsive to my request for a quote. He prepared a reasonable and affordable estimate the day he visited my house. Ultimately, I hired BMC Roofing to preform the work. His roofing crew was great. There were enough men to complete the work quickly and effectively. They were at my house on-time and performed the work well. The roof repairs look great and they have not leaked. I will certainly use BMC Roofing again.

I am researching a roof to be more energy efficient and this was new technology for me as opposed to the tar and gravel I have currently. The price quote wa s within my budget but still $4,000 more than if I just redo the tar and gravel. It was too much information for me to take in so I waiting until 2013 to choose which way I will go. The appointment was great. I had all my questions answered and he followed up with emails to answer other questions I had. The problem is my indecisiveness with the new tech.....

They did it quite well. It was an insurance job because the roof had been damaged by hail. Since then we've had a service contract with them for curing minor leaks. The annual contract is $300. We would recommend them. The price was quite reasonable compared to other would-be roofers.
