They are the best. I would use them again.

He was really good. It went really well. It was a really good service. He didn't give me junky keys. He made sure they matched. We had a couple of hard to find keys. He had an excellent service and knowledge.

They have a good reputation, and the guys are really nice. They are a little pricey, but they provide a good, quality service. They always have a good temperament, and are easy to work with. I will continue to use them.

They were prompt and responsive. They could give approximate quote over the phone. Dead bolt operation isn't super smooth but that may have been because of the existing doors.

I was not impressed so I did not go with them; they did not seem interested in my business. I will not use them again in the future.

I had three locksmiths to choose from. Only Bill"s gave me an over the phone estimate (thanks to Katrina!). Further, they were able to fit the work within our requested timeframe (next day). Rick came out and was a complete gentleman and professional. He took a very short time to assess the work requirement and began immediately to work shortly thereafter. It took a little longer than planned, but that was because he had to realigh some of the replacement locks which needed to be done. My mother asked him to do other work which was not orginally requested when I talked with Katrina. He worked over an hour of his alloted visit time (2 hours) but completed everything to my Father's satisfaction (a retired engineer with an eye for detail). The work was done, the charges were on point given the extra work. The original bid was about $135 (without tax) and came in at $188 (with tax).I would recommend their services with high marks and my parents will be customers again.

We bought a new house, so we wanted to change the locks. Bill's Lock and Key re-keyed several locks for us, made a few extra keys, and cleaned/lubricated all of our locks, as they were clogged with dust and weren't working well. The technician was quite late, but the office called to let me know and offered to re-schedule if I preferred. I had read that this was a reputable company, and I had a good experience with them. I would definitely use this company again.

I was very satisfied with the job and service I received. Bill is a CML (Associated Locksmiths of America). We visited the store on Wyoming before making an appointment. The job was performed by Emmit who was very professional, and I learned a lot about our type of locks from him. The next day, I tried to open our front door and was unable to, so I immediately went back to Bill's Lock and Key to discuss the problem. Within 30 minutes, Bill, personally, came out to our house to look at the lock to see if it was operating correctly. As it turns out, it was I who did not know how to operate the special lock! I was truly impressed with the fast and expert service I received.

They fixed my new safe combination right there actually the technician did it for nothing. So I purchased two nice keys as a means of thanking them for their help. Now how many places would do such nice work?

THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY COURTEOUS. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THE WORK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.

HE'S VERY FRIENDLY AND QUICK. HE CAME TO MY RESCUE RIGHT AWAY. HE HAS AFFORDABLE PRICES FOR ALL HIS WORK AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT HALF AN HOUR TO UNLOCK MY DOOR WITHOUT DAMAGING IT.
