Description of Work: Used this company on short notice to rekey our new home and make twelve keys. We were pleased that they could send someone out so quickly and the woman on the phone picked up right away. Technician was prompt and performed the service quickly. Our only complaint is that when asked if he had checked the keys he had made, he said yes, but after he left we discovered that one of them did not work.

Description of Work: They replaced the back door lock set, which was worn to the point of being nonfunctional, quickly, easily, and set to use my original keys.

Description of Work: Rekeyed three locks and did maintenance on two other locks that were not operating properly. Great job. Things went well.

Description of Work: He was excellent. He came with the correct supplies. He was quick and and thorough. Also, he carefully explained what had caused the problem.

Description of Work: The lock on my side door was sticking. Got some advice over the phone which was some help but didn't solve the problem. Technician came out, essentially lubricated the lock and got it moving again. However, subsequently as having trouble -- though not sticking, often I was having to rotate the key several times in the lock before getting it to work. Technician came out, replaced a worn part in the lock, and it's worked fine since. Very pleased that, even though their regular service warranty had expired by a week or so, they made no charge for the 2nd call.
