Our home had been a rental prior to us moving in, so the carpets, tile and grout were pretty filthy. The former tenant "cleaned" the carpets and pad, but it left much to be desired. Jeff sent one of his best guys out to handle our project and he worked hard to meet our expectations. The tile cleaned and sealing took a full day, and the carpet took the better part of another day, but we have a significant amount of each type of flooring. We found their price to be higher than much of the competition, but Jeff explained the differences to us and we found that we perhaps weren't getting as good a deal with "the other guy" as we were with Bear. If you want it done right, call Bear.

They were very professional, and accommodating. Iwill recommend them and use them again.

They cleaned my carpets and did a great job. They are very good, they don't talk they just work. The owner would not honor the warrarnty becuase you one day past the 30 day mark.

I need to use them again actually, I'm glad to see their name on my profile so I remember where to go! They explained they submerge them to clean them and that's exactly what was needed. Spot cleaning wasn't an option anymore.

They did an excellent job with the cleaning and rolled the carpets up with an outer wrapping for protection in storage. They did come to our home to pick up and deliver the carpets.

I'm not sure why Angie's List wants a review from us now but I can accomodate. We had used Bear Carpet for a few years before this last one with good success. As I recall, there was some dissention over the price. I wanted it lower and while the owner wasn't happy he agreed. Big mistake. It definitely seemed to us that not much cleaner had been used because the usual soil and a pet stain in the carpet appeared to have been smeared around. The carpet was truly awful. The green looked gray and dirty. I wish he had told us that it wouldn't get clean for that price. In hindsight I know I should have contacted Bear Carpet but our disappointment was so great and available time short that we just wanted the problem solved quickly with company arriving including a crawling baby. So knowing the carpet would need replacing in a few years we "bit the bullet" and did it much sooner. It just wasn't a good experience. I'm sure the owner will be defensive but this is the truth.

Excellent work, thorough and efficient. They picked up and delivered the rugs, processed them in their plant, cleaned the chair in our home.

Very easy to work with. They came and picked up the rugs right on schedule and did a great job of cleaning and returning them when promised. The small rug had been damaged and the repair made it look like new. We are extremely pleased and will use them again.

All the work was magnificent!!!I never thought the rugs and carpets could be restored. They know their business and are timely and responsive. The floors were still wet and they could not lay the rugs. They came back and laid the pads and rug and revisited two areas that the tech had overlooked, Jeff is a skilled carpet, oriental rug and floor cleaner. Daniel his tech is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about what he does. This is an honorable business that truly deserves it's A rating,.

Bear Carpet responded to our request for service promptly. The technician was on time, did a fantastic job, and even cleaned an 8 x 10 area rug for us which was not part of the original quote. We offered to pay and he said "no problem - but if you want it really clean I should take it with me" (he is right - see below). It was fast, friendly and effortless. The price seemed fair / reasonable to us, even though it is more than other companies advertised rates. Too many of those other companies advertise a great price, but then only give you part of their best service. We wanted a company that quoted a price then gave you their absolute best product, without any hidden charges. A few months prior to them cleaning our carpeting, they did come get a 12 x 14 wool oriental rug, took it to their shop and returned it a week later. It looked better than it had in years - very clean and beautiful again - almost like new. Even old wine stain was gone! We are very happy with Bear Carpet cleaning services and plan to use them again and again.

dogs,I have used Bear carpet cleaner before. I think he is great because he cleans the rugs very well, takes out pet stains, remove the orders and his price is very reasonable. I have tried others but this is the best in Albuquerque.I have lots of carpets. He also sells pads. Because of the I try to change these everytime I get the carpets cleaned.

Returned calls, notified approx time of arrival, was professional and very courteous. I had not had good luck in the past with rug cleaners and am very picky. I highly recommend this company.

They did a very good job on the carpet and I had them take two oriental rugs to be cleaned. They a slightly higher priced than other services, but the results are well worth the difference. I will absolutely use them again.

I dropped the rug off at the plant, was given the price with a discount for bringing it in, and was notified that it was done in the time frame given. It was beautifully cleaned.

Did not think the first batch would be done before Christmas and I was surprised to get a call saying they were done. Were very professional about removing and then putting back the large rugs. And they looked so much better.

They installed a small amount of carpet in a walk-in closet. The work was very good, the installers were nice. But when I didn't hear anything from them after ordering the carpet, it seems they had forgotten to call me when they rec'd the carpet so it took quite a bit longer to get the job done. I'd probably use them again because of the quality of their work.

They took a while to get the work done, and we thought that they were expensive. We were initially able to contact them pretty quickly. We had to make an appointment to take the rug to them because they are open only certain times during the day, and that was inconvenient. They let us know that the rugs were ready, and then setting up a time to pick up the rugs was inconvenient, because we had to get a hold of them. We played phone tag with them, and they had said that we had to be there between this time and that time, and we were also trying to put together my son's wedding, so it was inconvenient. We probably wouldn't use them again. The rugs are pretty clean, but when we took them in, we thought they would do a much intense job, but they were shampooing my rug with a shampoo.They were very professional whenever we met with them.

Besides normal wear; I had multiple pet stains in various places on my carpeting and Bear Carpet did an excellent overall cleaning job. They were prompt, conscientious, courteous and very careful. In fact, they even returned another time to respray a few stubborn spots which ultimately they removed. I would not hestitate to use them again or recommend their services to others.

Their price was the best that I found. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with and did a good job.
