That went very well. It was very clean.

Was told that it might take awhile so I agreed to that. It did take several weeks for them to get around to the work, but the rugs cleaned up nicely and they were rinsed well enough so they did not "stink" of cleaning solution. Overall, I was satisfied and the price was fair and as promised.

They were on time, and I was very satisfied with the finished job.

Jeff does a very good job in cleaning our carpets, and his price is fair.

AWFUL!!!!!! The rugs were returned with long striations of FADED COLOR on one and faded areas on the other.. These rugs had been previously cleaned and this had NEVER occurred. The owner of Bear took no responsibility for this and insisted it was from sun exposure! He had cleaned them before and there were no previous problems. These rugs have been in the same location in my home for years and never, ever had this happened. He did agree to take them back and "supposedly" re-clean them, but upon return, they were exactly the same. The next time I had them cleaned was by SERAFIAN'S ORIENTAL RUGS , one of the finest and most reputable rug companies anywhere, especially here in central New Mexico. They agreed that whoever had cleaned the rugs had definitely caused this to happen and actually explained how and also verified it was NOT due to sun exposure.. They were unable to completely restore them, but their work/service was exemplary! I'm sorry I ever used BEAR at all.

They are very efficient and do good work. I have used them for years.

The technician did the best he could. When I bought this house, I knew that attempting to clean the carpets was probably not the right approach; filthy doesn't begin to describe them. The cleaning technician tried his best and I applaud him for trying to actually clean them. By the way, I ended up ripping up the carpet.

Did a great job. I took them to his place, and they were done on time. Not cheap, but good.

I have used Bear Carpet in the past and this service was just as outstanding as before. Jeff is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about cleaning difficult spots, in my case pet spots and spills and stains on sofas in a den used by grandkids and adults watching sporting events. Jeff and Quinton exhibit great care for not only doing a great job but also being polite and concerned about my furniture and other floor covers. On both services they were on time or early but arrived early only after confirming it was ok with me. Cannot recommend the process, service, or results highly enough.

All carpets were returned in excellent condition; well cleaned and well shaped with no color bleed. The minor repairs were well done and inexpensive. Pickup was on schedule and professional. Overall cost was well within reason.

Bear Carpet did a great job! When I contacted him, I was mostly interested in having just the bedroom carpet cleaned, which is still relatively new. I had long since given up on the carpet in the office, which is much older, and had planned to replace it in the near future. The minimum fee of $109 was more than enough to cover the bedroom, so Jeff asked me if I had any other rooms that needed the carpets cleaned. I was very happy that he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth for the minimum fee, but I didn't have much hope that the office carpet would be restored to something I wanted to keep. He competed the job in a very short amount of time, and both rooms were completely transformed! He was very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Two weeks ago, Jeff Koonce of Bear Carpet picked up three of our oriental rugs that hadn't been cleaned in seven years to be cleaned. When he returned them today, 7-11-2015, they looked like they did eight years ago when we bought them. The white fringe on the ends of the rugs was white again, not the dingy tan they had become through usage. The colors in the interior patterns of the rugs is nice and bright again. We almost didn't recognize them they looked so good. Jeff and his team are very knowledgeable on how to take care of fine oriental rugs. We will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to our friends. They were most courteous and professional in their interaction with my wife and me.And he gives Angies List members a 10% discount. We will be using Jeff in the near future to clean the grout in our tile floors.

Unfortunately the specialist was an hour late for the appointment because he did not have his cell phone but luckily we had left enough time so it didn't interfere with any plans we had and James did an awesome job getting everything cleaned. We added several items once he got here and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Bears Carpet cleaning for carpet and tile work.

The family room had some stubborn spotss (red wine spill, etc), Hallway difficult too. First pass didn't lift the difficult areas perfectly. Bear Carpet was kind enough to come out and take a second pass at it. It looked much better afterwards. They were very kind and professional. House showed well and sold quickly.
