+ -1 moreExcellent job, excellent value. I have a 2 year old rubber cement stain in one of the bedrooms. I've had 2 other carpet cleaners clean the house and neither of them could do anything with the stain. This company got the stain out 100%!!!! I'll never use any other carpet cleaning company :)

He informed me when the work was done, and the rug was returned sparkling clean and with the ends repaired beautifully. This expert work has saved my treasured rug, and I would encourage anyone to trust Bear Carpet.

+ -1 moreI would never recommend Bear to anyone and further warn them of their carelessness and lack of responsibility for their actions.
Description of Work: Bear Carpet, after cleaning my rugs several times before, caused a major stain/lightening of a long portion of one of the rugs. They denied causing it, blaming it on sun fading which was totally wrong, and supposedly attempted to remedy it at their facility, with no success! Without being told any history, the area in question was pinpointed as having had a solution on it that caused this fading/stain by a very long time, established and reputable rug dealer/cleaner in Albuquerque and beyond.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go very well. We had an area carpet that was expensive to purchase. We gave it to them to clean. Whatever they did to it destroyed the backing of the carpet so now the carpet doesn't keep its shape. They advertised themselves as an oriental carpet cleaning company and they certainly aren't that. They were pretty responsive but they just didn't do a very good job. They were punctual.

They fixed it but I don't think I would use them again because I just think it indicates floppiness. They were very responsive to fixing it quickly.
