It went well overall. Because I had a lot to clean; they started at about 8:00 am. They were here about 6 hours each day. Be prepared to wear some ear plugs as it gets loud and forewarn your neighbors about the noise. All in all, it went well. I hadn't had my carpets cleaned for 5 years.

They were very thorough. They were on time, friendly, and did good job cleaning the carpet.

They were on time and they did a very good job. I like the way they explained exactly what they were going to do. It is hard to clean rugs in New Mexico with the clay and all. They were very clear in what they were going to do.

I would highly recommend them. They always show up on time. They did a quick job. I have never had one complaint. They cleaned commercial carpets for year. If there was ever any area that needed particular attention they saw to that. They kept the carpets looking good and they stayed in good order.

It turned out great. They prompt and on time. They got it done. When you meet the guys, they are nice and easy to talk to. Their customer service is good.

They prices are outrageous compared to Stanley Steamer. They owner, Jeff, has one guy who works for him, Scott. He was very nice. I couldn't get under my couch cleaned as it was just Scott and I was not going to help him move the couch. He was very polite and courteous. I am with them in my house. My issue with them is that he couldn't move a heavy love seat that reclines. They are a small company. They are very respectful. They did an excellent job with cleaning my carpets but are overpriced for the market.

They are OK. They do good work. Their price is fair. They lift up furniture and put pyramids under them. They are conscientious. We appreciates that. They get back to you if you leave them a message. They get in as quick as they can, usually within a week.

It was has been fine in the past. They do a good job. They show up when they are supposed to and stick with their price.

It has turned out very well. They have been here twice in the last three years. They did some spot cleaning where the previous tenants had dogs and they were unable to remove the stains, though that wasn't particularly surprising. They are good at explaining the best way at minimizing those stains. They were within the time frame that they said they would be. They were the cheapest price that I found while still going with an experience and known company.

I was very satisfied. I have white couches wihch are hard to clean and they cleaned them beautifully.

They were really nice to us. They were very good and professional and very good people. They were helpful and understanding. They tried their best to remedy the situation by having the carpet ionized. They were conscientious. I remember them as trying to come up with a solution. They were honest and did not guarantee that the process would take care of the problem. It did not but that wasn't their fault. They followed through. They tried a product. They really tried to make it a better experience. If they said they were going to call you back they did. They were punctual and professional. They suggested different ideas.

They picked up the carpets. They took three or four. One was as big as 10x12. The others were a little smaller. They did a nice job and brought them back. We waited a long time for them to bring them back. When we called, they said that they were not dry. It seemed like a long time to dry. The carpets came back in good condition. We though the price was good.

Very good. While there were a few stains he could not get out, I am confident that nobody could have. He got a lot out I thought would never be cleaned. The carpet really needs replacing.

They came out today. They were very friendly and professional workers. They were punctual and easy to get a hold of. They spent a full hour on the room. They went over heavily soiled areas until I was satisfied with the cleanliness. I thought they did a great job overall. Whenever they clean the carpets they leave a free bottle of stain remover that?s a very effective product that I like having.

I spent $100 the last time they were here. They were willing to come out and do this job repeated times over a number of years without raising the rates. Although their advertised rates were higher than what I said I wanted to pay, they allowed me to negotiate a better rate. They called me back promptly when I made contact, and came out when they were supposed to. They were courteous, clean and cleaned up after themselves. They must have extracted enough water from the carpet because it dried pretty quickly.

They are wonderful! They look for spots first, then vacuum, and then use the cleaning agents. The carpets were wet for a little while but they look great! There may be cheaper companies, but you won't get the same quality. They're also a local company, which I appreciate.

THEY DID GOOD. I NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WORKERS OR THE PRODUCTS. THEY WORKED FAST AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE POLITE AND ACTED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
