Super responsive! He came out the next morning after I called. He moved the couches and rolled up the carpet and carried it out to the truck by himself. He told me EXACTLY what they were going to do to get the stain out and that it would take 3 weeks - lots or work ahead of me. I was totally o.k. with this because he also talked to me about his service and performance record. Exactly 3 weeks to the day, he called and made a special trip to deliver it (very early in the morning). Together, we carefully examined the carpet. It was as good as new. Considering the size of the rug and the quality of Karastan rugs, I knew it would be pricey. He is a tad bit more expensive than others but in my opinion, the price is every penny worth it. I have plans to use him again.

Extremely satisfied but much more expensive than prior cleaners

The owner did the estimate and the work. When he came to estimate the job, he planned how he would get it done: what water source, which door to bring the hose and cords through, what time of the day (because he would be cleaning around people using the gym), which carpet sections he would do in what order. When he cleaned the carpet, he did the heavy traffic area twice, using a different machine for the second time. He did a good job. The carpet looks much better.

Provider is on time, reasonably priced, answers customer's questions and the carpets look really good.

Bear Carpet cleaned carpet in the house I bought recently. They arrived on time, took measurements and gave us quotes which were higher than over-the -phone estimates. It turned out that it was due to us forgetting to mentioned some carpeted areas (new house!). Still, owner gave us substantial discount which brought price down close to original estimate, even he did not have to. Technician did very good job, cleaned carpet, took care of all spots and used corner guards to protect walls. Overall very positive experience, would definetely use/recommend them.

They did the best job that has ever been done. The owner is the one that comes out and that is very nice. I would use again and would recommend them to others.

I have used this organization on many occasions. They call back promptly and schedule according to your preferences. The workers are pleasant and professional. They arrive on time and work quickly. They ask the customer to inspect the work and will redo any areas that you are concerned about. They leave a bottle of spot remover that helps keep the carpet looking good until it is time for their next visit.

I wasn't home when he cleaned the carpets but my husband was. He said the process went really smoothly but the machinery was really noisy. They were careful to protect walls from damage.

I went with another company because Bear's prices for upholstery cleaning, which is what I needed, was significantly higher than another company recommended by Angie's List. (The other company did do a terrific job.) I would certainly use Bear for any Oriental rugs, and I would get a price quote if I needed carpet cleaning.

As usual, Bear Carpet worked around our schedule and came on our preferred day and time. They were on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. Even though our carpets are 13 years old, they always look almost-new after they have been cleaned.

Everything went well. They did A+ work. They came in and were out very quickly.

It went very well. We had to arrange around whole house painting. From initial quote to finished job we were at 2.5 days. This included two full days they were in our home. The first day was spent cleaning all floor services. The second day was spent sealing and cleaning the other items.
