The service person arrived about 15 minutes early, told me it would take about an hour and promptly got to work. He finished early, and I was very happy with the service.

The technician was the three p's - punctual, polite and professional. He quickly assessed that our cables were frayed, had two broken hinges and the door itself was bent from an earlier accident. He did the additional work after getting our approval for his cost estimate and did an outstanding job. Very pleased with BDC Garage Door.

The worker arrived slightly early and finished <1 hr. The garage door had 2 broken hinges ($10 parts) and metal rollers. It was very, very noisy and I did not realize the hinges were broken. He repaired and serviced the door. All rollers were replaced and it is whisper quiet now. He provided many extras for free; fixed the push button in the garage, fixed the hinges, and adjusted the springs. I am planning to sell the home in the near future and the garage door will not be an issue.

I purchased the coupon and immediately called the company. The woman who answered was very nice, knowledgeable and schedulued an appointment within a day or two. They were actually early for the appointment! The gentleman who came did a great job and gave me options on how to repair a bigger problem. Not at all pushy, very professional. When I'm ready to do the bigger job I will definitely call them back!

They did good work. They were out here fast. We had no problems. We would recommend them. We had been calling around and their price was the best. It was $139 plus tax for one spring and for 2 springs it was $195 plus tax. We decided to do one. They were very professional.

Overall I was satisfied. I was happy with the quality and price. The garage door is now working perfectly. The story: Found the company on Angies List, called, made appointment for 9, was notified that he was running late on another job, he showed at about 9:30 and after speaking briefly I did not see him again until he was done about an hour and a half later. I will use the company again.

I called BDC to install a new garage door opener which I had bought at the hardware store. Turns out I bought the wrong size, which I now get to take back because the BDC repairman was able to replace a circuit board in my old unit, clean and grease the rails, repair some damage to the door itself, and leave my old unit working better and quieter than ever before! I would highly recommend BDC Door Company, and will certainly call them again should my garage door or opener ever need service or repair.

THEY ARE A VERY REPUTABLE AND BUILD THEIR DOORS OUT OF QUALITY MATERIAL. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE REMOTES DON'T ALWAYS WANT TO WORK. THEY HAVE CORRECTED IT ONCE.
