BDC Door

Tony came by on time (the dispatch called ahead and said he was running early, so I had him come right over). He check the opener (Sears Liftmaster), tightened hinges, adjusted tension on the chain, and cleaned out the track. Everything was done efficiently and quickly - in about 45 minutes. After he was finished, the garage door opened and closed smoothly, cleanly and quietly. I highly recommend BDC Door. He also gave me a $10 discount.

Replaced spring and hinge on garage door and repaired cracked garage door panels. Showed up on time, actually a little early. Explained clearly what needed to be done. Very friendly.

Very good service, in addition to the tune-up I noted that the garage door was intermittently opening up after closing. The technician diagnosed that I needed a new safety beam sensor and I have not had a problem since.

At the risk of it sounding bad, he (the owner) stopped communicating with me and I didn't follow up either. He came by and was immensely helpful in explaining options I had with respect to issues at my location. It was more of a consultation than an estimate. I owe him. He gave me solid advice that helped me make good decisions. I think my job was too small for his business and they are crazy busy right now so I'm not upset at all, I'm grateful. I would send him a check for the consult but he'd probably refuse it. Lots of integrity with this company. His company will be the first I call for future work; maybe we'll be a match at that time.

outstanding...replaced all the rollers, adjusted, tightened, lubricated both doors...these doors are 30 years old and work like new...thank you...

Tony was great. He spent the time to clean and straighten the roller track as well as change out the rollers. He lubed every hinge and took the time to re adjust the door closer as well. great job!

It was good. They were very helpful, easy to deal with and easy to schedule. They didn't charge me more.

Very well. The door was actually rubbing against the support beam, while it was going up and down. The repair man fixed this, as well as adjusting the spring and replacing the rollers. He also showed me that the sprocket was ground down. I am very happy with the way the garage door works now. I would certainly use them again.

Rollers were replaced, door was adjusted and lubricated. Tony was on time and it only took about 30 mins. I was charged for a broken part which only added another $5 to the total. Service satisfactorily completed.

Tony was very punctual, friendly, helpful, competent and worked very efficiently. The job was not only done in a timely manner, the quality of the job was great as well. I initially bought an Angie's List deal for maintenance, inspection and roller replacement, but upon inspection, Tony saw a few things that needed repair (which I was aware of to begin with). He was able to apply the amount that I paid for the deal towards the repairs/necessary maintenance, which was greatly appreciated. I'm sure if he wanted to, he could have just taken advantage of the situation and just performed the maintenance he came to do and charged me on top of that for the repairs. So I appreciate his honesty and effort to get me the best deal for my particular situation. I have never had to use a garage door company before, but I would definitely use this company again.

Had contracted thru Angie's List for a service call for a noisy door/opener. Discovered a broken internal spring was the main problem. The tune-up/roller replacement was done and I was given a discount on the spring replacement. Tech was very professional, timely and polite. Will use BDC Door again.

My garage door spring failed leaving me in a bind since we use our garage door as our front door. They were courteous, quick to respond and explained everything well. When the house was built the wrong springs were placed in the garage door so this is why it failed. They customer ordered the correct spring but got my door working while we waited for the part. After fixing it, the door malfunctions again. I though they would ignore me since they already got my check, but they called back quickly. It just needed some adjustment, they did not charge me for these adjustments. Awesome company. Highly recommend.

Very well. Everything works well and looks good. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, left area clean. On follow-up astracal work only charged for actual time spent rather than standard service charge. Have used BDC before and will use again.
