Everything went well. They were very professional and throrough. They explained everything very well. Cost was exactly what I expected.

Came to fix a leaking sprinkler, but stayed to fix the cracked water main. Cost much less than expected for such a major job. Left the lawn neat despite major digging. Very polite and helpful. We were very pleased.

They were prompt. The entire system was completed in 2 days. There was a minor problem and they came and repaired it. Any time I have problems programming the controller, they are very helpful and will patiently walk me through it. E

I called Discount Sprinklers and spoke to the owner Rudy! Rudy was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He sent out one of his employees immediately and fixed my problem!!!! He personally followed up with me making sure that the problem was fixed to my satisfaction! Excellent company, excellent service!!!

The worker arrived on time and did the work required, which was extensive. The job was completed in one day, and the problems are fixed. We have had problems with this set of sprinklers off and on for years, so it was good to get the problem completely taken care of.

About three years ago my backyard drip control valve stuck open, which I only discovered on a weekend. There appeared to be no manual shutoff valved installed by my landscaper. I paid double for a service to come out on a Sunday to replace the control valve. I finally decided to have a manual shut-off valve installed. Last year, another landscaper looked at the system refused to do his unless I paid him to install a whole new system for about $900. Not only did I need a shut-off valve, but the regulator valve was sqealing. Anything Sprinkler gave me an estimate of about $200 to fix both. About a week later, the technician arrived. He discovered (as the previous two services did not) that my system DID have a shut-off valve--it had been buried to invisibility by my original landscaper. The technician quickly replaced the defective regulator valve and did another minor repair on an emitter, and informed me that he had found the shut-off valve, so the bill came to $99.

After they finished the job the owner of the company showed up to make certain that we were happy with all the work. We were happy with everything that was done. The final inspection was wonderful and they were prompt and showed up when they promised. They worked hard and it is a very good company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After repeated calls in the last five years to two other irrigation repair companies who provided fine service but made repairs reactively rather than proactively, I contacted Anything Sprinkler. Valerie scheduled an appointment right away and chuckled when I asked if the tech would be willing to dig, if necessary, in order to resolve a chronic problem. Having her say, "We're not afraid to get dirty," was music to my ears. Nate, the tech, was on time, extremely professional, and not only got dirty but found and marked a hornet's nest so that I could have it removed. He fixed a line break and added an emitter to my drip system, and he addressed overspray and poor lawn coverage by replacing inappropriate and/or damaged heads in my sprinkler system. He provided excellent feedback about watering times, and I feel confident that he identified and corrected multiple system issues. After running the system for a few days, I am extremely happy with the result. Thank you!

It went well. We would hire them again. They were very friendly. They showed up when they were supposed to. They were clean and organized. They did everything they needed to do and it was done fine. We would use them again.

We had converted our porch into a sunroom, and in the process of pouring the footing, that building contractor had ended up encasing a sprinkler head in cement. It thus could not be adjusted to prevent it from soaking the stucco. Anything Sprinkler's field tech showed up and sized up the situation, and began digging. It took some work with a digging bar to break away enough cement to gain access to the lines and confirm where they ran. It was important that he did this because the head was mid-line, and the pipe leading way from it fed other heads elsewhere in the yard. He relocated the line away from the building, placed the head in a new location that resulted in better coverage, and installed a good quality reciprocating head that seems very easy to adjust. His assistant relocated another head that was spraying the air conditioning unit, again resulting in better coverage and protecting the house. It wasn't a cheap job, but because of the difficulty of gaining access to the cemented-in head and line, while not damaging the house, I thought the price was fair and reflected the labor performed. Overall a good experience and we plan to use them again to install a drip system in the front.

I love this company. I can call and tell them what I need, and if I can't be home, they will call me to explain what they need to do and what it will cost. I don't have to worry about safety or reliability. They leave every job complete, up to making sure the controller is programmed correctly and no trash or mess is left behind. Very professional, very cost effective service.

It went very well as always. The technicians replaced a valve, then offered to program my irrigation controller for winter, which I was pleased to have them do.

The person who gave the quote was enthusiastic and charismatic. I trusted him immediately. The work was done several weeks later and although there was a big crew, they intended to finish the entire job in one day. There were some problems, and some of the grass has died. The sprinklers that were already in place are no longer working. I think I called them a few times to come out and revise things and they weren't responsive. I'm still "under warranty" but for some reason, don't want to call them. I don't have the same trust and I know they'll try to convince me that it was somehow my fault. I'm giving them a B because they did do the initial work quickly and pretty well.

He arrived at the agreed upon time and addressed the problems I described. He seemed pleasant and efficient. He provided clear information about the problem, his plan to address them and the approximate cost before he started the work.

The employee did great. Worked hard and got the job done. Had to replace a few heads with new ones. When he was done he checked them out, made sure nothing was leaking and thanked us for using them.Had to call back because the spinklers weren't watering the right spots. They came right out and made the adjustments. The employee did a great job and the lady I talked to at the office was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy. I will use them again. All the employees we dealt with were polite and very professional and wanted to do a good job.Anything Spinkler hit a home run with us.

Arrived on time. Worked on the system for about 30 minutes and left the yard in fine shape.

They were great. It was a young man that came out and he was amazing. I have an older friend that put the system in and he can't work anymore. This person was as knowledgeable as he was. They are a good company and have a good reputation in this area. We always have to pay a travel charge because we live a distance from Albuquerque. They were on time. I was really amazed with this guy.

They arrived on time and the owner showed the crew of 2 what to do and then left. They worked on the system all day and needed to come back to finish the next day. The owner and the crew showed up the next day. After a few minutes the owner left. I believe he must have told them to hurry up and complete the job because they seemed to be in a very big rush to leave. It was difficult to communicate with them because one spoke heavily accented English and the other man spoke no English at all. A few hours later they and quot;finishedand quot; but were in such a hurry that they rang the bell, handed me the keys, told me the system was set for 20 minutes and left. I had to stop their truck to get a manual. They never showed me how to use the system. After they were gone, I went out to inspect the job and was totally shocked at the way they left my yard: The controller wiring was completely exposed, the pipe leading to the valves was crooked and there was mud all over the wall where they installed it.. They used my shovel (!) and left it full of mud. They took all the caliche they had piled on a tarp and dumped it in my flower bed right on top of other plants. They ripped out about 10 iris and many vinca plants and left them on the sidewalk or on top of other plants. They took out part of my stone border and just tossed it in my garden. The improved coverage that I had contracted for was not much of an improvement. at all. I wound up having to sweep and clean up everything including shoveling all the caliche out of my flower beds. I am an avid gardener with hundreds of plants in my yard so this really ticked me off. I called to complain, left 2 voice mails and finally got a return call. The owner came out to inspect the job and he agreed it was not at all correct, apologized and sent someone out the next week to fix all of it. He repaired the controller box and installed higher valves to take care of the coverage problem. However, this did not fix the problem and I had to call again. They sent out another man who would not touch anything until I paid the bill in full. I refused to do this until the problems were solved. At that point, he called the owner. The owner screamed at me at the top of his lungs, said that I was too difficult to deal with and blamed the problem on my sprinkler system. He said that he had done more than what the contract called for and said that was the thanks he got by being a nice guy. The contract clearly stated that and quot;4 MP rotors be installed to improve coverageand quot; so his ranting was incorrect and totally uncalled for. This new worker adjusted the sprays and told me the system should have been programmed for 40 minutes instead of 20 minutes because of the different types of rotors they installed. Too bad it took this long to figure out why I was having so much trouble. No wonder the coverage was worse then my manual system. I paid the bill. The original installation was 5/19. It was now 7/1, 6 weeks later. Unfortunately, this worker raised one of the valves in the middle of the lawn about 3 inches above ground. Of course, the first time the lawn was mowed, this head was completely ripped off. I had to repair this myself since I never wanted any contact with this company again. They were totally unprofessional from the start. I have never experienced such rudeness from anyone who has worked for me. It was such a bad experience that I didn't want to waste any more time doing a review. However, I am submitting this report 4 months after the fact because I decided it was necessary to warn people about this company and to release this negative experience from my life.

Company was more than prompt in responding. Actually was able to send out tech several hours before appointment. He went to work quickly to repair problem. Then went on to fix another minor problem that he spotted. Was quick and courteous. In and out in less than one hour. Compared to others I have hired was far superior. Will use this company exclusively in future.
