Anything Sprinkler

The company that installed the system last year could never get it to work correctly! Anything Sprinklers had it fixed and explained the system to me in an hour. I will certainly use Anything Sprinklers again.

I've been using Anything Sprinkler for the last couple of years to maintain and repair my sprinkler systems. Each time they've come out, they were on time, professional, and explained exactly what they did. Additionally, they have kept notes on the repairs they did for me to refer back to so they can honor warranty service, or just keep a history of issues with my system. I called today to have a valve with a slow leak repaired, and initially, they were not going to be able to come out for a week, but put me on the cancellation wait list. Turned out that Marc had a cancellation and was able to come out today. Marc showed me exactly what was happening (intrusion of roots) and explained his repair as well as advice to minimize the issue in the future. He cleaned things up nicely and my system is working well again.

Had to contact them numerous times, as there wasn't sufficient water sources in our plants. From what I can tell thus far, the system seems to finally be running fine.

Great work by these folks! Showed up on time each day and worked hard all day long. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The allowed us to make some changes as we went along, which was helpful, as what we thought we wanted didn't look quite the way we envisioned. Added plants toward the end per their recommendation. Yard looks great and is very people/dog friendly!

In on time and finished fairly quickly. Good cleanup after job. 2 weeks later... front yard is green again without hand-watering.

They did an OUTSTANDING job, very well worth the money we paid!!! I'm satisfied now and hope that my satisfaction continues and I won't have to change my review.

Their head guy (Jay) is super responsive, and responsible. He shows up when he says he is going to, stands behind his work and the work done by his employees. All in all, a top notch company. Totallly pleased with the service they provided. They had to come back a few times to finish the project, mostly because of mishaps. They always showed up when they said they were coming, and did a great job. Would we hire them again? Absolutely!! Price was very good, service was superb.

OK. Next time I will be more proactive. Couple of heads blew off because cuts in tubing were not flush with new head. Also, I should have walked thru the update AFTER they were finished. There were sprinklers where I did not need them. After all, they should have asked me to take a look at what they had done. Lesson learned. I will use them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. The drip lines are neatly buried, the emitters provide great coverage, and they ran spaghetti lines to potted plants and my rock garden which I didn't think were covered in the bid.

The work was completed as scheduled and Jay's recommendations are working out very well.

The owner was involved from the start and made sure it got fixed correctly in the end. There was a lot of work done on this issue and the people were great, kept me informed and most importantly the price on an issue like this was fair. They did a great job and could have charged much more for having to find such a difficult problem. I would highly recommend these guys.

I can't say enough good things about Anything Sprinkler! David arrived promptly to replace the pump on my fountain and ensure that my drip and sprinkler systems were ready to go. I truly believe the Anything Sprinkler crew can do anything--from rebuilding an orphaned irrigation valve (which two other companies told me couldn't be fixed) to pouring a concrete walkway to extending a block wall and building and installing a gate. Everything has been beautifully done. A shout out to Anything Sprinkler's professionalism, exceptional work, and personal service!

I wasn't upset or anything, I would like the price to be cheaper, but we all would like it cheaper. He had to dig it out, new valves, the whole gig. The price is high as anyone else, not the cheapest, it is what it is. I had them out here for a period of time, I would call them, I know how to separate the good from the bad. I rather have people knowledgeable to do the work, than someone else screwing it up. I have had sprinkler heads replace, because you run them over with the lawn mower. They know my name, we aren't best friends. They know my yard, they know my system. I went from an manual system, to an automatic system, so they know my system.

Repairman arrived on time and replaced valve as required.

David worked diligently to disentangle and cut the roots around the sprinkler line. He fixed the leak and filled the hole with dirt and replaced the sod around it. He offered advice on how to improve the water flow of the sprinklers. He finished within the hour and cleaned the area around it.

I had an irrigation system installed by a landscaper 2 years ago. For the past few weeks I've noticed that the crusher fine in shady areas appeared moist and yesterday afternoon it felt quite moist. I called my landscaper who recommended Anything Sprinkler. I called yesterday afternoon and Dave Carter came out at 0800 this morning to check it. He looked at the situation and the shady vs sunny areas and advised that it was most likely the moisture that we've had. He then checked the water meter for a few minutes and noted that there was no movement apparent. He said he didn't want to dig up my yard for no reason, but he gave me an estimate should I choose to do so. He didn't even charge me a service call, even though he spent about 20-30 minutes. I will definitely use this company for any future needs.

It was excellent service from initial contact and estimate to completion of the work. When I called to request an estimate the person on the phone was efficient and professional and scheduled an estimate within a few days. My 10 year old, do it yourself system had not been working for 18 months, in part due to some major plumbing repairs to the main plumbing lines from December of 2013. Anything Sprinklers gave me an estimate for reconnecting to the main water valve and one for bringing the system up to code if valves needed to be replaced. The first project was scheduled and completed in less than a week. A service expert arrived promptly and had my system reconnected to the water line within a short period of time. The sprinklers still did not work and he spent a couple of hours working on the problems. He explained what he was doing as he went along and kept me fully informed of the progress on the system. As it turned out, the electrical connection had been severed in the December plumbing repairs and the system had multiple leaks and valve issues so additional work was required and the second estimate was needed. Anything Sprinklers scheduled the all day project for the following week. Again they arrived promptly. Two service experts introduced themselves before they began the work. They started the work quickly, explained what they were going to have to do, asked permission for any unusual digging that was needed. As the work progressed, they got an additional person to help complete the project. The work required that they dig up the valve box beneath my brick patio, a large undertaking. They finished the project early, before the end of the day. As part of their process, they put everything back the way it was before they started and the only evidence that they had been there were new junction valve stations and a completely working system! They guarantee their work and I am very happy and satisfied.

Trees were treated systemically (maugets) and I don't see evidence of scale infestation on the newer needles. Shrubs also responded well to treatment, and we plan to treat all again next spring. Cost was significantly less than when I used a different company 7 years ago. I was really worried we would lose our pinons, but they are looking healthier now.

The owner of the company came to our property himself to make the initial assessment and cost estimate. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I felt confident that he was absolutely the best in his field after talking with him. The crew arrived ahead of schedule a few minutes to prepare themselves. Jay arrived at the exact appointment time. He quickly and efficiently laid the system out himself, and left the crew to begin work. His crew always had a lead man so that if I had questions, he was prepared to answer them all. The leads on the job were knowledgeable and professional. They each carried a phone and radio that they used to contact Jay for immediate resolution to any question or issue that they encountered while installing. The work proceeded incredibly fast. The crew always behaved in a professional and dignified manner. Everyone on the team acted as though they took pride in their work, and care for our property. When the job was complete, Jay came out a third time to charge up the system, see that it functioned properly, and set the controls. When I inspected the system operating, there was no overspray, and each zone was irrigating with an appropriate amount of water. Our yard looked like no digging had even occured, despite having multiple lines buried all over the place. They were that careful. I recommend Jay and his crew to everyone. You may find cheaper companies, but do not bother with them. Anything Sprinkler is worth it. They have shown excellent follow-up in dealing with a final adjustment that needed to be made. They did an excellent job. They arrived on time (even a little early) and installed the new system in about 4-5 hours. Everything is working great and we have not had any issues since the install. We will definitely use them again.

Two men arrived on schedule. After I showed and explained the tasks I wanted done they immediately started working. They were courteous and and took no breaks. I was pleased with the results. There were no further questions and they completed the job in a minimal amount of time. I would hire the firm again.
