Jay, Bob and their crew absolutely did an amazing job on our recent landscaping project. To say that our back yard is transformed is an understatement. We have used this company in the past for sprinkler repair and have always been very satisfied with them and their work. This project was considerably more, they replaced irrigation, did gravel work, repurposed flagstone, planted trees and plants, built the most amazing water feature and designed the landscaping to complement it, and astonishingly they accomplished all of this in 2 1/2 days. Their crew were very professional, hardworking, they showed up on time, cleaned everything up before they left and were delightful to work with. They were a little expensive but they were very good at what they did. They paid extra attention to little details which I appreciated very much.

We've used Anything Sprinklers for several projects over the years, and found them to be responsive and professional. In this case, there was actually some miscommunication and improper work, but Jay and his team quickly corrected the problems, making sure we were satisfied with the work. I'd definitely recommend them; they genuinely seem to care that the work is done properly.

From the very first contact, my experience with this company has been positive. Most significantly, I was able to reach a real person on the first phone call. She was most pleasant and was able to quickly schedule me for service. I had tried another company first, left a message which was never returned, called a second time a few days later, left another message, and finally got a call back several hours later. Meanwhile I had given up on that company and turned to Anything Sprinklers. The technician who came to my house (David) was very professional, friendly, service-oriented, and appeared to be quite knowledgeable. He was very forthcoming with information about the type of sprinklers I have, and pros/cons of various types, etc.. I have had the sprinkler system over 5 years and, from the very beginning, have had problems of various sorts and significant dead zones in the lawn areas. I believe the initial system design was deficient, so it has been an uphill battle. I have dealt with no less than four different companies regarding various problems, and my experience with Anything Sprinklers has given me the highest level of confidence that I actually got someone with substantive expertise. It has been less than a month since the date of service, so it's too early to tell whether this level of confidence will ultimately be justified. However, I will monitor how the lawn performs after these most recent changes and will update this review if I do not see the improvements I expect to last over the longer term. For now, both sprinkler zones are performing well, the lawn areas are looking good, and I have no hesitation to recommend this company for sprinkler system maintenance and repair.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I had the original landscaping done in September of 2013. A couple of the plants didn't make it through the winter and Jay was more than happy to replace them at no cost to me. In July of this year the monsoon rains washed away some of the crusher fines and I called Jay to see what we could do to fix the problem and again, Jay was very receptive to my concerns and rectified the issue. They show up when they say they will. They do a great job and I would definitely use Anything Sprinkler again in the future.

They were very timely and repaired quickly, fixed it right away and they didn't mess up my landscaping. They're very professional. I would use them again in the future.

They came the same day I called, tested the power to the controller and determined it was no longer working and replaced it that same day. It was the same one I had so I knew how to use it but the technician still took the time to program it for me and show me how it works. He also did a good job of explaining the warranty. He also answered my question about clogged drip emitters, suggested a better alternative and even gave me one to try at no charge. The service was fast, professional and for a reasonable cost.

I have used Anything Sprinkler for many jobs over the years. I had several estimates from other companies and theirs was the least expensive. I had Jay come out 3 different times when we decided we wanted to add something else to the job. They had 2 crews come out the first day to remove the grass and put in the dry river bed. They worked very fast and were done with the entire job in 2 days where other estimates said it would take 4 days. We decided we wanted more decorative stepping stones that I saw in Lowes which they picked up and placed in groups of 4. We did not have to pay anything upfront and only paid once the job was done to our satisfaction. We are so happy with the results and wished we had done this years ago. We have had a lot of compliments from those who have seen our backyard. I just wish it was in the front so more people could see it. If I can figure out how I will attach pictures.

These guys were great. I have used them often, and they have always been professional. prompt, informative, and reasonably priced. This experience was no exception. Gene was terrific, fixed the leak in short order, and cleaned up. They guarantee their work for a year. Highly recommended.

They are always on time. They go above and beyond on the work they do. They do not overcharge and they a super efficient.

The team does pretty good work, but they charge a lot. They should have noticed that the small lawn was not getting adequate moisture all of the other times they have come to do work. Maybe they should send a follow-up team, not a series of different people. Also, they each had a slightly different story about how to set the timer.

I set up the appointment about two days before. They called the morning of the appointment and asked if they could come a little earlier which was fine with me.The pleasant young man looked at the problem, and told me about how long it would take. He was able to do it at that time. He had to dig out the box to work on the valves which required moving the landscape rock. After he replaced the valves, he replaced the box and moved all the rock back into place. Everything looked as good as before he started, maybe better. I would certainly call them again for any sprinkler work that I needed done

There are a lot of good reviews on here, but I am one of the ten percent that apparently “slipped through the cracks.” My experience was very similar to the other F rated review. First visit and estimate was handled by the owner. It was cordial enough, but response time to emails and follow-up calls were slow. On the scheduled date, the crew showed up, did their work and disappeared. I had been expecting someone to walk me through the changes (converting sprinklers to drip). Since this didn’t happen, I assumed it was a work crew and that someone from management would contact me with information. Instead, I received a bill immediately. That’s fine. I pay all my bills within the normal 30 day time period. I didn’t pay this bill right away because I was waiting to see if someone was going to contact me or if I needed to contact them to have them explain the system to me. Instead, I received a phone call exactly two weeks after the job inquiring as to why I hadn’t paid my bill yet. I have never had a company call me to ask when I was going to pay my bill. I told them I had some questions about the system. By this time, there were a couple of minor issues, like bubbler caps coming off, etc. Valerie, the receptionist (and the only person with whom I had any kind of pleasant exchange) sent a man out. He made no effort to hide the fact that he was inconvenienced to be there. I turned the sprinkler system on, expecting him to scan the yard and identify the obvious problems from where we stood. Instead, he turned to me and said, “What?” So, I took him around to point the problems out. He twisted things here and adjusted things. I was wanting to see how I could fix these problems myself in the future. But, despite my asking, he wasn’t forthcoming with any words, whatsoever. There was one flower bed where the bubblers weren’t working at all. I asked why. He said, “There’s not enough water pressure to get to this bed.” I said, “That would have been really helpful to know on the day they were installing it. I would have liked to have known what issues I had in my yard.” He shrugged and said, “They’re just the crew that installs the system.” I asked him, “What kind of timer should I have the system set on?” He shrugged again and said, “The plants will pretty much tell you when to water them.” Finally, I gave up on the work already done. I asked him to step to a side yard with me to look at an area of the ground where there was clearly a leaking pipe. This was not part of the job just completed. I was aware of that. I was expecting him to look at it, give me an idea of what the problem was and then ballpark a figure so I could hire them to do the job. Instead, he said, “I can’t look at that without charging you.” I said, “I just paid your company $1,000 to install a drip system and you can’t look at it?” He said, “No.” The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I sent my check in that day with a note explaining what a negative experience it had been. No one ever contacted me about it. The company will probably respond to this review and dispute most of what I’m saying. They’ll even point to all their high reviews to imply that I’m being less than honest. But, my experience was similar enough to the other negative reviews to know that I wasn’t imagining it.

I noticed the ground around the control box was saturated; when I pulled the cover off I found the box completely full of water. Marc from Anything Sprinkler came out, pumped out the water and found the leak. He replaced the manifold (four valve system) and rebuilt the four valves which were probably 20 years old. He also reset the timer box. He was very professional, did a good job, and left everything neat and clean when finished. Will definitely call on them again.

He was very professional. I was told that it had been installed incorrectly by the landscapper. The filter should of been installed in a housing where I would have easy access to clean and replace the filters as needed, and not just buried. The job ended up costing me a lot more than planned because of all the work he had to do to fixed the problem. I could of had him just replace the filter and re-bury it but decided to have the work done properly.

Anything Sprinkler came to give an estimate in a very timely manner. They were able to perform the work the same day. Honest and reliable.

Everyone showed up on time did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

They came out and assessed and diagnosed the problem rather quickly. They even showed us what and where the problem was. Due to the age of our system they didn't have the parts on hand to fix the leaks on site, but they did order the parts and were back out less than a week later to fix the problem. In the mean time they were able to shut the system off so we didn't continue to leak water 24 x 7. They were punctual and professional. We will definitely use them again for any of our future sprinkler needs! We also liked that they are a small local company so you get the customer service one should be able to expect all the time but too often don't get; and of course we like supporting a local company as well.

They said that the electrical was completely wired incorrectly and I'm not sure if it was from the guys that had replaced all the valves and stuff or that could have been 10 years ago that wasn't wired properly. They did a really good job. I would give them an A on everything. They did a really nice design for my backyard.

First, let me explain that this was a somewhat different service situation than most. While I was out of town for an extended period, the solenoid valve for our single front-yard irrigation station failed. As my daughter was tending to my house while I was away, I asked her to arrange with Anything Sprinklers for a service call to diagnose and repair the system, after I had selected Anything Sprinklers based on their good Angie's List reviews. She did so. Unfortunately, the technician, Mark, could only do the work while my daughter was at work, so there was no face-to-face interaction possible. That shouldn't have been a problem, as the system was entirely accessible without coming through the house or our side gates. Unfortunately, when Mark arrived, he was under the mistaken impression that the system that needed repair was the separate back-yard system. He began and quot;diagnosingand quot; that system, and concluded that he was pretty sure that the control box needed replacement and that the house electrical current to the system needed to be cut off at the breaker box inside. He called my daughter and reported that, which made little sense, since the battery-powered front-yard system was not provided with house current. After a number of calls between my daughter, Mark, and me, it became clear that he was working on the wrong irrigation system. Once that was clarified, Mark quickly identified the problem with the front system and replaced the valve and, at my request, the controller. While on the phone with Mark, I also inquired whether he had the tools necessary to locate some control valves in the back-yard system that had been buried by a previous owner. He said he did, so I authorized him to do that work. Unfortunately, he was not successful in locating those valves. And there was nothing wrong with the back-yard controller. The low grades for quality and professionalism, above, are intended to reflect the confused communication between the contractor office and their technician, the false start working on the wrong system, the contention that a correctly-operating controller needed replacement, and the failure to locate the buried control valves. And the and quot;yesand quot; response to whether I would use this provider in the future should be more like a and quot;strong maybeand quot;, based on the above, modified by the fact they did not charge me for the full time the technician was involved, due to all the initial confusion.

They worked hard. Gave me a break on the price. the sprinkler system developed a small leak and they dug out the pipes, replaced a piece and put a small piece in another sprinkler head so it was above ground. Very good experience this time. they came out about 6 years ago and I wasn't pleased at all. This time, it was expensive, but I'm confident they did a good job.

Great. He came the first time and told us what was wrong and basically temporarily fixed the problem but told us that he would have to come back and rewire some things. He said we could leave it as it was and be charged 50 dollars for the visit or he could come back out and fix everything for 100 dollars. We had him come back so that it was fixed right and he was very professional and was true to his word and only charged us a hundred dollars for two visits and the wire and the time to do it all.

We had a warranty repair that needed to be made. They came they found the problem and fixed it. No fuss no muss no arguing about if the problem was under the warranty. We will never use another sprinkler repair company ever again. Sprinklers are a pain and these guys are experts. They do cost more than others but the level of expertise and professionalism (not to mention a warranty) make them a excellent value.
