Description of Work: Fixed a leak in my drip system. They checked the system to make sure all working right. Gave me some advice about a better way to water my trees. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I will definitely continue to use them for my irrigation needs.

Description of Work: They installed a computer system in the lawn (which has never had any sprinkler system before), including zones designated for watering lawn, watering decorative plantings and trees, and watering a small garden. The work included burrowing under 10 to 15 feet of concrete and bypassing my water softener. They came when they said they would and worked hard for two full days. When they were finished, they reviewed the zones and settings with me and made adjustments as I requested. They then demonstrated the controller to me in some detail, and showed me where I can find the information if I forget some of the details. They were completely professional from the visit for the estimate through the process of doing the work and going over the finished installation with me. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

 + -1 moreThey arrived at the scheduled time. They stated they had to charge to replace a part on a valve they installed about a year before. The worker told me the part would cost $5.00 at a hardware store, but they charged $12.00 for the part. It took the worker about 5 minutes to replace the part; however, they charged the full hourly rate.
Description of Work: They had previously installed valves and drip irrigation lines and about a year later I called them back to repair a leak in a valve they installed.

 + -1 moreThe two men who came were very prompt, in fact, arrived a bit early. They were extremely helpful in discovering that the previous owner had turned the water off at a hard to find valve. They also replaced a valve. When presenting the bill, they asked my son if he needed any help in using the system or any other instructions. I was present when this took place and both of us were extremely impressed with the professional manner in which they presented themselves and the company.
Description of Work: My son and I recently bought a house in Albuquerque. The sprinkling system made a terrible noise when my son attempted to operate the system. This company was recommended by our realty company.

 + -1 moreWhen I first phoned the Co. to make an appointment, a lady answered the phone. Right off the bat she quoted me a price of $75.00 an hour, without asking me or inquiring what kind, type, or nature of lawn sprinklers service I was looking for. I tried to clarify this with her but she informed me that when the technician got here, I discuss all that with him. I went ahead and set up the appointment. Two weeks later when the appointment day came, she called to advise me that the technician was on his way. (Im not sure if it was the same lady on the phone, but this time she was more pleasant in her voice.)The technician was pleasant, friendly and seem to know what he was doing. He performed all the work I needed done, very efficiently and with a good disposition. It took him 40 mins. from arrival to departure and charged me $100.41, which included labor, a sprinkler head and taxes.
Description of Work: Reset pre-existing electrical timer, re-adjust pre-existing sprinklers and replace a malfunctioning sprinkler head with a new one, which the technician provided.

 + -1 moreJay Kinsman the owner came out to give the estimate. He answered all of my questions and got me and estimate via e-mail the same day. The crew showed up on time and worked all day. Although they worked steadily, they did seem to be a bit rushed at the end to get things finished by 5:00 pm. There ended up being some problems that they had to come back and remedy over the course of the next few weeks (first the water pressure was too high, then too low. a sink hole and flooding in the front yard). They always responded promptly to my phone calls and after their third time out everything ran smoothly.
Description of Work: They automated my in-ground sprinkler system and installed a drip system in the gardens.
