It was good. The chimney cleaning turned out very well. They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They were very professional. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. The price was very reasonable. They came out as quickly as they could. They came out within two weeks after the deal was purchased. I would recommend them.

Inspected chimney on a house I sold. I had prepaid through Angie's List and was charged $90. However, he started to do inspection and he said it was clean as a whistle and didn't need any cleaning at all. He reimbursed me right on the spot. Talk about ethical and honest. :) I will pass their name to other fellow agents. We all look for great providers.

I felt he was very professional and honest. I have had other companies clean the pellet stove and they have all pushed annual service and "fixes" or a new insert when the one we have now works fine and we don't use it enough to get a cleaning every year. I appreciated that he was honest.

I purchased a coupon for a chimney sweep. He came out and was unable to do the work due to ice on the roof so we had to reschedule. He was caught up on a big apartment job so didn't actually get to us until pretty late in the day. He gave us advice on how to get soot to come loose that he couldn't get off. We've been doing that so we'll see if it helps him to be able to clean the rest of it off next time he comes. I can't really see up in the chimney but I assume he did a good job. I don't know how dirty it was when he started because it didn't seem like a lot of soot came off while he was cleaning. He left the area very clean when he was done.

He was very good and he came out right away. It was totally clean. He was friendly and efficient and it works very well.

We have 4 fireplaces, 2 that get used regularly, 2 less frequently. Chris came out and inspected all 4 fireplaces and chimneys, both from the inside looking up, and from the roof looking down. He determined that only 2 of them needed cleaning. The cleaning was performed in a professional manner, he explained what he was doing, made absolutely no mess, and wrote a complete report of his findings.

The provider provided a clear and concise inspection report after cleaning the chimney. He was very professional. He also provided reasonable guidance regarding how often we should the the chimney cleaned given the quantity of wood we burn per year.

He was very nice. He was very courteous, and very respectful. I will call him again next year. He was very careful. He put a cloth down. He made sure things were clean when he left, and he was polite and respectful. I felt very confident that he cleaned my stove. I've used them many times and their product is still adhering to the inside of my stove. He was right on time. He was an older gentleman and was very respectful. I plan to use him next year.

Having never used the fireplace in my house, I wanted the chimney cleaned before lighting our first fire. I purchased a "Chimney Sweep and Safety Inspection" off of Angie's list. When he did the inspection he discovered that the fireplace had not been used much (if at all) since it was last swept. After completing the inspection, he then instructed me on the use of the gas lighting pipe in the fireplace and gave me advice on use. He also advised I purchase of a chimney cap and suggested the best places to purchase one. Since the chimney was clean, he gave me some cash back from the Angie's List purchase. I greatly appreciated this, as I did not feel he was obligated to do so. The experience was very positive, and I will use Amrak enterprises the next time I need my chimney cleaned.

Chris called to make an appt. and was there right on time and did a very thorough job. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. A thoroughly professional company. Could not have been more pleased.

Provider was easy to contact, and easy to work with. It was NOT necessary for me to leave a message and wait for a callback. The job was done on schedule. The provider called the renter to make sure they would be home when he arrived. This provider is a pleasure to work with.

It was perfect. Chris came inside first, after introducing himself, and put down a cloth over my rug to protect it from any soot. Then he took the wood, grating, etc. out of my fireplace, and swept up all the ashes. Next he went up on the roof and 'swept' my chimney. About 10 minutes later he came back inside, cleaned all the new ashes and soot from inside the fireplace and lower chimney, replaces the grate and logs, etc. Then he cleaned up the floor in front of the fireplace, picked up his drop cloth and he was done. It was quick, painless for me, and Chris is a very pleasant guy. I'll have him do my fireplace in the future.

Chris was punctual. He checked the chimney from the roof and also cleaned the vent pipe from inside. We have a pellet stove. He also cleaned out the pellet stove. The draft is much better now. We would recommend Chris and would use him next year to clean the vent pipe and chimney.

Had to wait three weeks for the appointment, but then he was prompt and thorough. He recommended that I install a chimney cap and gave me dimensions, so the job was easy for me to do.

My chimney was so clean it didn't need cleaning, therefore, I was given a refund and only charged for the inspection. I was also told the correct size for the screen that goes on the chimney top on the roof. Very personable and prompt service.
