Chimney inspection and needed cleaning all performed well. Technician conferred with me that, in his opinion, the interior of chimney looked good and did not require cleaning. I appreciated the self-initiated and upfront notice by the technician and the resultant cost savings.

We called and did a quote request, never a message or call back. We’re in a time crunch, super unprofessional.

Made an appointment a week out for 4:00. Called at 1:00 and asked if I was ready but I was at work. Agreed to meet at 4:00. Never showed up. Called to say he had a flat tire with no spare. No business.

The technician arrived early, was very professional and quick. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company and would hire them again.

The whole experience was great. Owner was friendly when I called and the technician was skilled and tidy. He even offered to come early because they were running ahead of schedule that day. That worked out great for us. Very professional. Will definitely use them again!!

Excellent service all around! But what impressed me most about Amrak was their honesty!!! Chris advised me that my chimney actually did not currently need cleaning...saving me that expense (when does that ever happen?)! The dryer vent was cleaned quickly and efficiently...with very fair pricing. In addition, they were punctual and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

He was on time. He was good about laying the cover down, so nothing got dirty or anything. Real efficient and friendly.

Everything was ok. The scheduling was fine. They came in and took care of what they had to take care of. They showed up on time. They could have cleaned the glass on the stove. They cleaned the chimney but we've had other services that cleaned the glass as well. We have a wood burning stove.
