Wonderful experience from the very beginning. Mason and Leigh spent time discussing our options and helping us pick the right shutters. They were patient and answered all our questions and discussed all aspects of the window treatment and the installation. On the day of installation, Matt and Ken were fantastic and totally professional. They completed the job in less than the estimated time, ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned up and spent time showing us how to operate our new shutters. We love the look of our new shutters!

As has been my consistent experience, it was a pleasure to deal with All About Blinds. We have bought 23 cordless lift Kathy Ireland blinds over the past year. Several of them were not lifting properly. I emailed Mason and asked if Ken could come and replace the needed parts. Mason responded quickly and said he would get the parts ordered. After the parts came in, someone from the office (sorry - I don't remember her name) called to schedule an appointment that worked for me, and Ken came to install the parts. As always, he was right on time. He not only took care of the blinds I had identified but also checked the other blinds as well. He noticed a different issue with several more of them, and, since he had brought extra parts, he took the time to repair those as well. He is always polite and respectful of my home. Wonderful customer service!

I called Mason and he came out right away and helped me decide on the cafe shutter. It took 5 1/2 weeks and they called me and set up a date to install. Ken came out right on time and di a great job. He also took down my old drapes, cornice and shade and took them away for me. I was very happy with the service they gave me.

I contacted All About Blinds through their website and received a prompt reply. Mason, the owner, scheduled a day and time convenient for a site visit. We talked about what I wanted and what he recommended. We looked at samples and a gallery of pictures of the work the company had completed. He worked up the estimate and we were quite pleased with it. When our shutters were ready, the installation was done timely, very professionally, and cleanly! Everyone who visits our home notices the shutters and are amazed at the beauty of them and the difference they make. We had expensive shades and/or nothing on these windows and doors. The two large arched windows now have shutters; the louvers open and shut, and the doors open and shut, and the windows now provide the openness and/or the privacy we wanted. The two french doors are breathtakingly beautiful--quite the professional decorator touch! The louvers on each door are moveable and yjr shutter on each can be opened so the glass can be cleaned.

Within a few weeks, the blinds arrived at the store. Mason calked me and set up an appointment with his installer. The installer arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the blinds. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for window coverings.

Joy Tomlinson came out and spoke with us about our windows. She advised us on various options and colors after which we decided to go with top-down / bottom-up blinds. Joy was very knowledgeable about the Hunter Douglas products and was very pleasant. Our order was delivered and installed by Matt, who did an excellent job with installation.

Just fine...Mason and his team are so professional and pleasant. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The shutters are just what they described and work fine.

Professional consultation with attention to small details. All picture windows needed three separate shades due to size and how the cordless shades operate. We were given good advice at every turn. The installer, Ken, was also prompt and professional. He discovered the factory had manufactured one of the blinds too short, and immediately ordered the replacement. After installation, we didn't like the valance over the vertiglide on the sliding door. Mason had a couple of suggestions and replaced the white valance with a wooden one that more closely matched our windows. We were extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend this vendor. They deliver a quality product and were a pleasure to work with.

Mason, the owner, personally came and measured all the windows and we discussed options. I had another set of windows for which I was considering blinds, but after our discussion and his honest assessment of the situation, I did not pursue buying installed blinds for that area. Mason was professional and honest about options and agreed with me that the necessary damage to the wood frames would not be the most visually pleasing solution. I appreciated his lack of a "hard sell" in order to make a sale. For the windows that I did order blinds - they are great. Work just as described and modeled ( he has small samples that can really show you how the blinds work) and neatly and beautifully installed. I am extremely pleased with the service, product and installation!

The experience was wonderful. Mason lee came out to measure and offer advice to fit my narrow window encasements. The blinds are more beautiful than I imagined. I went with another company previously and really paid the price for buying cheaply made product from overseas.. I know these were made in the usa and that they will last a long time. The mechanism is much easier to use than my old blinds.the installer was great, taught me about the mechanicals to ensure a long life and ease of use. I would and will use this company again!!

This company is wonderful. Robin worked so very hard to help us find exactly what we wanted. She is extremely knowledgable, punctual, friendly, and professional. She went above the call of duty in searching out fabrics and materials. The installer was also great---kind, professional, courteous. The owner, Mason, was great in helping us deal with the fact that the supplier gave us a problematic product. When we saw the problematic product, Mason gave us a full refund and apologized for the product, even though it was not his fault. Robin then worked with us again to find exactly the right blinds for our kitchen. She made sure everything was perfect. This is the most professional and friendliest company with which I've ever worked. I would never go anywhere else for window treatments.

Everything went well. The first visit was on time and we were quoted the price that I thought was very high (1900 for 6 black out blinds), but we were promised that these Kathy Ireland blinds were great. The second visit was smooth, and they installed the blinds correctly and quickly. Everyone we talked to was professional and polite. The only problem we had with everything is that these blinds DO NOT block 99% of light. I would say they are no different than the black out blinds at Lowes. They have the same amount of light around the edges and the light still fills our rooms in the morning. I think that the price they charged should have half of what they charged for the product that they installed. I do not know the cost of each blind (so it may be justified), but if that is the case I would not recommend anyone getting the Kathy Ireland black out blinds.

Measured all windows, brought many choices and moved the process along efficiently!

I contacted the vendor subsequently received a call from design consultant, Robin Schalk for an appointment. Ms. Schalk came to my home with a wide array of sample blinds and more importantly with her seasoned professional expertise in the area.

GREAT service, advice, consultation, product, timeliness, maintaining communication, installation. I won't consider going anywhere else for window treatments.

A representative came , took measurements and gave us the expected price. The job was done later, at a mutually agreed time. Overall a very good company, with very good results.

Mason and his installer were a delight to work with. They were on time for both the measurements and the installation. The shutters fit perfectly, and matched our wood window frames almost exactly. His price was much more reasonable than the other companies we had estimate our job.

We had an estimate during which time the windows were measured. The next time we saw them the wood blinds were installed and we were shown how to use them. They have made a wonderful difference in our home, we have more privacy yet options for how much sunlight to allow inside. We are happy and expect excellent service if it is required...but I hope it isn't. The installation is high quality so I think we can expect years of serviceable use.

They provided excellent service. They came out and showed me my options and we talked about different types. They helped me choose what would work best for me and installed the blinds. I really enjoyed their willingness to work.

The experience with All About Blinds was very pleasant. Robin was patient in helping me make a decision on the kind of blinds, and Kent did a fine job installing them. Both were very friendly and courteous, a pleasure to deal with. Hunter Douglas initially made a mistake on the order for the wooden blinds, adding a backing to the blinds when it specified no backing. All About Blinds sent them back and started over, installing the replacements beautifully.

ROBIN (NOT THE ONE IN TIGHTS WITH A BAT-A-RANG) INITIALLY CAME OUT AND WENT THROUGH THE VARIOUS TYPES OF BLINDS AND MATERIALS THAT WERE AVAILABLE...SHE POINTED OUT THE BENEFITS OF EACH TYPE AND DISCUSSED THE VARIOUS OPTIONS AND COLORS THAT WOULD LOOK GOOD IN MY HOME...AFTER MAKING A DECISION ON WHAT TYPE SHE DID INITIAL MEASUREMENTS AND GAVE ME A QUOTE... CALLED BACK A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER TO CONFIRM MY PURCHASE AND SHE WAS THERE THE NEXT DAY WITH THEIR INSTALLER TO MAKE THE FINAL MEASUREMENTS AND PLACE THE ORDER...AT ALL TIMES SHE WAS PATIENT AND COURTEOUS WITH MY QUESTIONS AND THERE WAS NO HARD SELL INVOLVED... 2-3 WEEKS LATER THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION...INSTALLER SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME AND WAS THROUGH IN LESS THAN 2.5 HOURS...HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND WANTED EVERYTHING TO BE PERFECT ON THE INSTALLATION...DUE TO THE ANGLES ON THE BAY WINDOW HE HAD TO CUT DOWN AND JOINT THE VALENCES...EVERYTHING LOOKS FANTASTIC, BETTER THAN I HOPED... THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS THE FINAL ESTIMATE AND NO EXTRA CHARGES WERE ADDED ON...

Our overall experience was that All About Blinds is an exceptional company to deal with. Mason did a great job in helping us select the blinds. He was always very accommodating to our schedule for appointments, made several trips to our home, and left sample books with us to help us make our style and color choices. He was not at all pushy but wanted to make sure that we had the time and information to make decisions we were happy with. Mason is also a great communicator. We had a lot of questions, and we always received a prompt response and good suggestions, primarily by email. We appreciated that we were notified immediately of a delay in part of the order. It did take a bit longer to get the blinds installed than we were initially expecting, but these things happen. We dealt with the office staff a few times and went to the showroom to look at sample books. Again, they were always very polite and helpful. The blinds were installed by Ken, who was also great to work with. He accommodated our schedule for appointments, and he was always on time. He arrived early to bring materials to the porch so that he was ready and rang the doorbell on schedule. He was very neat, opening the boxes outside and keeping trash under control as he worked. He took his time to ensure that every blind was installed well and made sure that they were all operating correctly. He was always aware of the space around him. Even while dealing with some very wide blinds, he never bumped anything. After the installation, all of our concerns were addressed completely. When we noticed a few defects, replacement blinds were ordered with no charge to us. The wood blinds needed to be raised slightly, and Ken did this skillfully by removing the bottom slats rather than by making additional holes in the wall, etc. There were a few areas on the wood blinds that needed touch up, and materials were ordered for us to take care of that as well. Mason and Ken are unfailingly professional, respectful, polite, cheerful, knowledgeable, skillful, and hardworking, and they do everything with integrity. I would say excellent customer service is their highest priority, and without reservation I would say they accomplished that for us.
