I don't know why he didn't just get me the part I needed & finish the job. He told me where I could get the part but he was mistaken...now my fireplace is still broken weeks later.

They were on time, pleasant to deal with, professional, fairly priced, completed the project on schedule and the results are exactly what I had in mind. I could not be happier!

The work was done well and very thoroughly. The technician was conscientious of cleanliness and communicating with me regarding what he found in the drain. I had tried to snake the drain myself, but was unable to get passed a particular bend in the pipe. He gave me pointers on how I might get passed the bend in case there is a next time. There was a mix up with the scheduling. I was given a time window. When I hadn't heard anything close the the end of that window, I called to see if they were coming. There was some checking and a call back to let me know the tech wouldn't be there for another 2 hours. That was not going to work for my schedule. They arranged for another tech to come out. He arrived shortly after the time window given. They recovered from the schedule mixup with minimal impact to me.

They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I was unable to hire them for the water treatment system I purchased on my own as it would not fit in any of the places I had available. They offered me other options, such as smaller water treatment systems that would fit in my home, and they were not at all high-pressure about it. I have used this company for other projects and have been very pleased. I did not know they carried water treatment systems or I would have called them before buying one elsewhere. They will be my go to guys from now on.

Vincent was very sweet and very personable but better than that he got the job done and my drains are clear and drain beautiful ly!

Tech came over, looked at what I needed, charged me $96 and left without fixing my plumbing problem. He claimed that he did not have the right tools or the small part that would have fixed the problem. I am extremely disappointed. I really should get a refund. I paid $96 for nothing. No real work was done

My project was converting my home to a refrigerated air system along with new furnace and water heater. The project was completed in two days as per contract. The techs on my project were Clayton Electrician, Peter and Quinton HVAC Specialist and Master Plumbers. These gentlemen busted their butts for two days straight, yet always took time to answer all my questions and were not put off by my interruptions. Kudos to these fine tradesmen and Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for the quality of workmanship and personnel within their organization.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience when we installed a new heat pump. The workers were extremely prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, expert in their fields, and they performed the job to our complete satisfaction.

I was happy to get someone out to my house within a couple of days of my request even though my plumbing problem was not urgent. Jeff, the plumber technician showed up as scheduled and was really dedicated to making sure everything was done right. I definitely recommend Albuquerque Plumbing.

Overall, a good, solid job done.

They did a good job with the plumbing however I did not know up front that I would have to hire someone after they were done to do drywall work.Also the shower insert cracked where they drilled holes,called them back to replace front panel,they left to get a new panel and came back stating that those panels were on backorder,I will have to live with that crack as I have plaster people coming in to do work and when that is done it will be to late to replace that panel.
