The estimate was very expensive to install a single overhead lighting fixture, but as it was a simple job he did cut mt me a break on the overall all

The estimate was very expensive to install a single overhead lighting fixture (at about 12 feet overhead) but the technician was very efficient at getting the fixture installed correctly and, in the end, it was worth it to me NOT to have to climb a 12-foot ladder, risking life and limb. Itâ s a trade off I expect.

The job is not yet completed, but the technician has been very thorough and helpful. I feel confident that the work will be completed to my satisfaction. The cost has turned out to be more than I anticipated but repair is necessary so it should be worth it. I would definitely call them again.

Came early and got a part we needed for us.

Serviceman ( Daemon) called and indicated what time he would be arriving, and was on time. Wearing proper COVID PPE and uniform. Asked me to explain our problem and the location. Informed me what he was going to do and why. He proceeded to trouble shoot the problem and found the problem very quickly and repaired it.

Very satisfied.

I had to cancel but will reschedule. They called me and were so nice. They called very quickly and were ready to help immediately.

After hours service can get very expensive.

Totally satisfied with their work. No complaints.

No estimates ever given. Rip off. Made first trip, no diagnosis no work. 2nd trip, 1 outlet repaired, 3 outlets not repaired. Charged $268 for two "trouble shooting" trips, and one repair. Promised estimate that afternoon, received written estimate 3 days later for $600 rewire repair. Called Home Advisor for other professionals. Hired another company: their technician fixed the three outlets, which were wired incorrectly, in one hour, and only cost me $130. Do not use Alb. Plumbing. I have now heard about other "trip" rip-offs from people after I talked about my problem with the company.
