Description of Work: Needed bars on windows to prevent continued vandalism and theft, estimate was similar to others. The installers did the task in one day, and were patient with my questions, I did the basic white bars. All bedrooms have an escape latch, which is lockable from the inside. Haven't had a problem since. Yes have another house coming up needing bars, plan to use them again.

Description of Work: Made courtyard gate more secure by welding bolts, etc. Also installed a keyed handle/lock and deadbolt.

Description of Work: Excellent work on getting the design perfected Great on communicating time frame and the install.I was going to use my own locks but later found out they would not work they installed there locks on my 11 doors in a small complex the only problem THEY WERE WERE ALL THE SAME KEY!

Description of Work: Last October 19th we contracted with this company to manufacture a wrought iron gate for our stucco wall. We gave them a deposit of $366.47 deposit . About two weeks later they returned with a gate that was not the agreed-upon match to our numerous wrought iron window security windows and doors no less painted improperly with a very glossy finish. When then visited their showroom and let them know that we would not accept anything less than we bargained for. A couple of days later they got back to us and said that the only way they would live by that agreement was if we not only order a second gate for another wall opening PLUS agree to do a certain amount of wrought fencing that was still in the planning stages.Were I come from that is "blackmail" and we refused. To this date we have not received a refund for our original deposit. We will shortly file a complaint with the New Mexico state contractor licensing department which quite frankly is nearly useless as they even allow recently convicted felons to both get and keep a license even if they have 30 or more complaints on file.

Description of Work: I used this company a few years ago to install a rail and bar for handicap assist. When I needed a new security door due to a lot of problems with a Lowe's Larson Security door I called Action. I really am sorry that I wasted money on the Larson Storm/Security Door. Anyway everyone was friendly and helpful at Action. I purchased an attractive storm door and had the old railing and bar removed so the door and railing and bar could be powder coated. Then everything was installed and it looks and works great.
